Crowne Plaza WUZHEN by IHG

This is our third stay here! Every year, I bring my family to Wuzhen, and this hotel is always our top choice. The facilities are all meticulously maintained, with great attention to detail. The kids' play area, gym, and pool are all conveniently located on the first floor, which is perfect – if they were on other floors, we might not bother going. It's clear a lot of thought went into the design. We'll definitely be staying here again!

The overall environment was very satisfying, and the pool water was crystal clear. However, the kids' club was a bit too small. We booked specifically for the kids' club, so that was a slight disappointment. Everything else was quite good, and they even provided complimentary drinks.

Great, not bad. We stayed outside Wuzhen on the first day to visit it, and it was my first time staying at a Crowne Plaza. It was excellent, though I regret not booking breakfast since we left early. I'll definitely try it next time I stay.

Facilities: Superb, very new, convenient, and very close to Wuzhen Scenic Area! Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Easy parking, and there's a pool, great for kids! Service: Patient and gentle, excellent attitude throughout. Double tie-dye afternoon tea: Delicious, suitable for children to experience.

The breakfast was really good, very satisfying! The service was excellent, and the hygiene was top-notch. I even won a bowl of noodle soup from the Cai Feng Lou restaurant in the breakfast lottery.

The room is very spacious, and the bathroom area is ample too! The lobby is also very grand, and someone even opens the car door for you when you go downstairs to hail a taxi; the service is truly excellent. However, the minibar only contains mineral water.

The hotel is conveniently located two kilometers from Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area. It's well-equipped, and the room was decent. The beds in the twin room weren't small at all, and the bathroom was quite spacious. The service was warm and attentive. It was very easy to get to the scenic spots with kids. Wuzhen has a charming and picturesque江南水乡 (Jiangnan water town) feel. Unfortunately, I didn't get to swim this time. I'll probably choose to stay here again on my next trip to Wuzhen.

True to its brand, the hotel's hygiene, service, and breakfast were all impeccable. They even had a triple room, which was perfect for me and my two best friends – quite a rarity in most five-star hotels.

The hotel is really close to all the Uzhen attractions and has underground parking. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is quite prompt. They even have a small kids' play area, and the afternoon tea is excellent!
