Location was great and neat to tourist spots and eateries. Check in experience was seamless.

I usually visit during off-peak seasons, and my room always gets upgraded. Parking is convenient, and they've consistently accommodated my request for a non-smoking room, which I really appreciate. Now that the summer holidays are over, it's much quieter, making breakfast in the morning very peaceful and comfortable.

The cleanliness was subpar. There was a large, untreated stain on the sofa which was quite disgusting to look at. The bedsheets had bloodstains. We requested a replacement, but the new set was also dirty. The staff tried to explain they had checked them before bringing them, which was baffling as they were clearly still soiled. After all this, the old, soiled sheets were still left in the room. And to our surprise, one of the bath towels had a large hole. The front desk staff, though numerous, were completely devoid of smiles or greetings. We asked a staff member for help putting on disposable bed linen. We would have completely understood if they had simply said it wasn't possible. However, one 'clever' young man informed us that after 5 PM, there are no staff available to perform such tasks. Seriously, I'm just speechless at such a 'perfect' explanation. Wuzhen itself is beautiful, though.

We stayed here for my child's competition, and the location is fantastic – incredibly close to both the competition venue and Xizha. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Official check-out was at 12 PM, but I mentioned that our next hotel's check-in wasn't until 3 PM and asked if we could have a late check-out. He immediately extended our check-out time to 2 PM. This allowed for a perfectly seamless transition to our next hotel, which was especially crucial in this hot weather. A massive thank you to the gentleman at the front desk!

Located in walking distance, to Wuzheng Jinqu, nice place.

If you're visiting Wuzhen, I really recommend staying at a major hotel chain, especially the Hilton. We've tried guesthouses and other highly-rated places before, but none have measured up to the Hilton. The breakfast here was particularly delicious. The service was also quite on point. We were very satisfied with the overall cleanliness. The only issue was that the front desk staff steered us wrong, leading us to an expensive and unappetizing meal that we regretted.

Finding such a great value hotel in Wuzhen truly exceeded my expectations. The garden design is stunning. Upon entering the lobby, they offered complimentary drinks and small snacks to refresh weary travelers. Before checking out, the front desk even provided us with Nongfu Spring bottled water. The AC worked perfectly, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel completely at home. The location is also very convenient, being within easy walking distance of Xizha Scenic Area. I will definitely recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Wuzhen in the future.

A little disappointed when the front desk told us that the non-smoking rooms are all on the ground floor. Other than that, the location is very convenient within walking distance to Xizha Scenic Area and restaurants. The front desk was just doing their job, they do not go an extra mile to provide information unless you query.

Pros: Hotel is clean and good. Location is near the attractions. Cons: Services are poor. After 10pm, i called 10 times to the reception/ service, no one will pick up your call until morning. Ironing, you need to get to the ground floor holding your pile of clothes down just to iron- No in room service.

Is raining outside and the hotel just switch off the air-con without informing. Make the night so warm in the room and cannot sleep. I have booked 2 room both same. Ask in the morning and they reply they off because outside is cold. Not even apologise for off air-con in my whole stay. I know is cold outside but is so hot in the room without air-con and I am swelling In the room

Walking distance to 西栅景区.. nice food around the hotel too! Hotel was clean and ambience is good!

Good location and very friendly staff! Great value-for-money!

Very clean and beds are really comfortable. Had a good sleep here. Not located in the scenic zone hence we need to buy tickets when entering their East and West scenic zones. Can't enjoy the morning scenery but the comfort level is high.
