The owner at the front desk was incredibly welcoming! Before we even arrived, they proactively reached out to ask about our estimated arrival time and sent us detailed directions. Once we got there, they warmly helped us with our luggage. We felt really touched by their hospitality during our trip.

The environment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and gave great tips on local attractions, helping me avoid many tourist traps that outdated online guides had. The room was comfortable. I'd definitely come back again.

Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Average. It's located above street-level shops, which made it quite noisy. I was woken up twice in the middle of the night. Service: Just okay. The hotel's downstairs restaurant was a letdown; all three dishes we ordered tasted identical. We tried the Maoxuewang, which was overpriced and the flavor was just mediocre. Pros: Its location right by Wuzhen Xizha's Gate 2 entrance was extremely convenient.
