Arcadia Village Hotel

Absolutely love the village vibe here! There's so much to do, my child and I particularly enjoyed the handicrafts. The hotel also does a fantastic job with its agricultural culture theme; the attention to detail is superb. We'll definitely be back!

This is a beautiful and comfortable family-friendly hotel. My child came here for a competition at the internet center, and we originally planned to stay for just one day, but we loved it so much we ended up extending our stay for four more days. Before coming, I saw online comments saying Wuzhen Village wasn't worth visiting, but after experiencing it, I realized it's an excellent playground for children on a relaxed vacation. Outdoor running, indoor games – pure joy! The hotel rooms are spacious, and the biggest surprise was the in-room filtered drinking water, which is convenient and healthy. It's very easy to get to Wuzhen from here, just a ten-minute walk. Strolling along the quiet, flat asphalt road, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal all the way. If you're too tired to walk, just wait a moment at the entrance, as there are shuttle buses available from morning till night. The concierge staff were very friendly and responsible. The front desk and restaurant staff were also very enthusiastic, ready to answer any questions, and always greeted us with bright smiles. We look forward to visiting again!

Extremely satisfied! Our butler, Xiao Gu (04), added me on WeChat a day in advance and provided excellent service throughout our stay. He gave us a comprehensive overview of all the activities and important notes within Wucun. Since we booked a non-all-inclusive package, he even gave us two free activity vouchers. The pool party was also incredibly fun; our 2-year-old absolutely loved it and didn't want to get out of the water. The room hygiene was top-notch, and they even installed a bed rail for us beforehand. The air conditioning was pleasantly mild, not too cold. The only minor issue was that the duvet was a bit thick – it was too hot with it on, but too cold without it. We'll definitely be back next year when our child is a bit older!

Wucun truly lives up to its reputation as a fantastic place for kids, offering plenty of fun activities even in the scorching summer. The pool party, in particular, left us with wonderful memories. The Rural Rice Field Hotel is brand new, with spacious rooms and excellent, well-thought-out facilities for families. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect for family trips! The scenery is beautiful, and the service is great (except for the front desk during check-in). There are plenty of activities, and the villagers live a very relaxed life. The breakfast selection is rich, and there are electric shuttle carts to various places within the village and to the Xizha Scenic Area. It gets quite crowded on weekends!

The hotel environment is great, and it's very close to Wuzhen Xizha with a shuttle bus service. There are so many family-friendly activities that our kids didn't even want to leave the hotel! It truly lives up to its reputation as a great family hotel. We'll definitely be back!

It was great! The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were complete. The kids had a lot of fun.

This hotel is definitely a top choice for family trips, with plenty of activities that kids really enjoy. However, I found the cleanliness to be a bit inconsistent. For instance, the bathtub in our room this time had a lot of yellow stains. Even with a tub liner, I was quite hesitant to let my child use it. Also, the shuttle bus staff seemed a bit stern; their attitude when we were leaving was different from when we arrived. When we were heading to the village entrance parking lot to catch the shuttle, the staff basically ignored us. These are just my honest personal observations from traveling with my child.

To sum it up, the facilities could use some improvement, the environment is top-notch, and the service has room to grow. 1. All the benefits included in the Ctrip calendar room package were already free, so there was no real advantage. 2. It was hot, and there's no indoor parking. The outdoor parking lot meant internal car temperatures soared to 50-60 degrees Celsius. Be prepared for that before picking up your car. You rely entirely on shuttle buses to get between every area, and there are no covered walkways or underground passages. This really tests the service in extreme heat and heavy rain. We encountered situations where no umbrellas were provided and had long waits in line for shuttles. 3. Despite explicitly requesting the sofa bed to be set up both on the platform and via WeChat with our butler, it was still folded when we entered the room at 3 PM. This meant our child couldn't nap on time, which was a big disappointment. 4. It wasn't an all-inclusive package, so we paid extra to try the Zhizhi Restaurant, the evening buffet at Daole Restaurant, and the Mill Restaurant. The value for money was just okay, though the vegetables and river fresh dishes tasted good. 5. The Kids' Playroom had many ping-pong tables, which adults appreciated. However, the lighting in the sand digging area and the toddler slide area was dim. Due to the high ceilings, standard lighting wasn't sufficient, and some lights weren't even working. 6. Signage for various areas was unclear and not prominent enough, making it difficult for first-time guests. There was no indication that the Kids' Playroom was inside the Cultural Center; we had to ask repeatedly to find it. The restaurant signs were also not obvious, hidden behind greenery. While aesthetically pleasing, this is inconvenient for new guests in scorching heat or heavy rain. 7. The swimming pool, room size, and facilities were all excellent in terms of hardware. Our child still had a lot of fun, so the adults tolerated the downsides. We'll consider a second visit when the weather cools down and after the summer peak season.
