Although it is an old facility, it was cleanly maintained and I had a pleasant stay. There is a bit of a price difference between weekdays and holidays, and the price difference depending on the room location is a bit disappointing.

Overall, I don't want to go back. cleaning condition. smell in the room. Defective shower head. It's not even a motel.

Highly recommended if you travel to Tongyeong. Willing to visit again

It is a very good value for money hotel. It was also nice to take a boat ride. Breakfast is simple but good quality.

It was a stay with breakfast.. Breakfast was too poor. There were no vegetables for the salad. I was very sorry. I wish it didn't include breakfast. The room was not comfortable because it was humid, and the mattress was not soft. It was sad in many ways.

The location of this hotel can't be beat. It is very near the large Tongyeon bridge and the well-designed space underneath complete with bball court, soccer, a large walking path, rock climbing, a small playground, footpath). Many restaurants walkable. We stayed in the large "party room" and it was spacious and the view of the bridge was amazing. Our room was minimally serviced after we requested it on both mornings (amenities not replenished, towels were changed). The room had not been deep cleaned in quite a while (mouse traps visible and hard-to-reach areas were dirty), faint scents of mold (visible stains on the cool looking window frame). We paid a high amount for the room and it did not include breakfast (at check in we were quoted an additional W10,000 per person) yet on ******* every room was quoted as having free breakfast. We would stay again for the location, yet maybe in a regular room?

When check in, we asked a few questions regarding tourist sites around the area. The staff was not helpful at all.

Not too bad for the cost. A little disappointed on the breakfast’s staff who was not that kind. She was not helping why their coffee machine was not working.

The location and view was beautiful. The breakfast was also decent. The biggest complaint and the reason we would never stay here again is because there is no soundproofing between floors whatsoever. Also, the service at the front desk needs to improve.

It was very inconvenient because the facilities were outdated. There are no proper outlets to charge your phone. It's not cheap either. The view and breakfast restaurant a**osphere are great.

This is where I always stayed when traveling to Tongyeong. It seems like it's been more than 10 years This is a place I love so much But now I think it needs to be remodeled. The door creaks and doesn't close properly The cleanliness inside the sink is also serious. It doesn't seem like they even check the front door key (it keeps beeping). I am someone who hopes that the Turtle Hotel will last forever...
