Homewood Suites by Hilton Topeka

When we first walked in the hotel, there was a mouse in the breakfast area. The kitchen area in the room had severe water damage. Mold in the bathroom Toilet didn’t flush properly

Spacious room, very clean, attractive decor in room and all areas. Only down-side- the water pressure and temperature were seriously lacking. Took 5+ minutes for water to heat up even moderately acceptable.

Unfortunately this place gets more run down everytime we visit. Room was big enough but so dark I couldn't see anything in bedroom the only. Bathroom was a hand

Clean room, staff was amazing, and the price if the room for the amount of nights and the amount if space and amenities was amazing.

Location, room layout, and amenities, this hotel is one of my favorites. I look forward to staying at Homewood Suites again!

I booked a king room ended up with two beds instead the beds need to bring least they’re old and lumpy the floor you could hear the guest above you walking around and even in the bathroom. Staff did mention anything about breakfast and I didn’t even know that they no longer did evening hospitality

This hotel is our favorite hotel to stay in , we always get the best sleep and it’s quiet . The only poor thing is the breakfast . Everything else is great !

the room was clean. the staff was not overly friendly, I think front desk persons should be welcoming. They didn't say more than 2 words to me when I checked in.Customer service is not what it used to be.

Our Extended Family were all Extremely Pleased to stay several nights @ HOMEWOOD SUITES, Topeka,Ks. Manager Aaron Braun & entire Staff were very Welcoming, kind, & professional. They even extended to us special rates & were highly flexible in accommodating our every need during our large gathering, as we celebrated the loss/funeral of a beloved family member! Aaron & Homewood Suites provided Excellent Service, very clean, comfortable, & ample sized rooms, & both indoor/outdoor spacious gathering areas for our extended families to visit & share meaningful stories & create Precious Memories! Homewood’s Fun Pool & Hot tub, GameRoom, & exercise spaces plus outdoor grill/ patio areas provided plenty of activities for both adults & children to enjoy our time together! Their breakfast options were delicious! Any & All our questions or needs were promptly answered & professionally met! We were so thankful to spend quality time @ Homewood’s Design Savvy, updated, & well run facility! Our family highly recommends it!
