Holiday Inn Express & Suites TOPEKA NORTH by IHG

Clean room with microwave, refrigerator, good TV. Breakfast choices good, but lacked flavor. Breakfast area very clean. Appreciated the treadmill in the gym with a TV. Staff friendly, helpful.

I got charged for making a wrong reservation and never got a refund, I called immediately it happened to let them know if they could cancel or move the reservation. The management lack empathy for their customer.

Staff was excellent at customer service. We did have problems with our room on the first night but they made it right and switched rooms for the second night!!

Fit and finish definitely lacking in our room. The wardrobe closet was tilting forward significantly. The drywall in bathroom had been patched above shower but not yet repainted. There was major water damage to paint (bubbling) at ceiling on wall above the window/air conditioner. Gave the feeling that the property is on its last leg.

The thermostat would not funtion properly, so we could not regular the room temperature. Therefore we weren't very comfortable!

Very friendly and helpful. Everything was great on the Hotel end, but I had to pay a lot more than I was quoted! ******* had the hotel handle the price! I thought using ******* was so we could save money through them! That did not. Happen.
