No breakfast no water we couldn't take shower! Not recommended

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very convenient location.

It was clean and staff was friendly. Disappointed in not being able to get a free breakfast but I probably my fault for not read fine print. Other down side was a child pulled the fire alarm in morning and pissed everyone off. Not the hotel’s fault but annoying and we just left early.

Breakfast was simply a bait and switch. If you prepaid, you only got three choices from the menu, none of which were attractive options. I paid $12 on my last day for a cappucino and banana. Although there were good looking muffins on the counter, those of us who had prepaid got two small, stale muffins that seemed to come from the dollar store. Not impressed and won't go back.

Used Tampon We found a used tampon next to our bed so we asked to change rooms late at night. The rep that helped us did not offer any compensation for our poor experience. Did not feel comfortable taking a photo of a used tampon on my phone.

Ice maker was broken and concierge went above and beyond by going to get me ice on a different floor. Also I was experiencing a personal tragedy and the manager extended my check out time.
