Pool was great! The morning breakfast server was very friendly even when we lost and hour with day light savings

Generally ok, breakfast area was not well stocked and needed to be cleaned up. Staff not very customer oriented.

Room was very clean, an staff was very pleasant. Granddaughter loved the pool. Breakfast was hot and good

First room had strong smoke odor but they quickly gave us another room that was good and were quick to help us get our adjoining door to lock. Staff helpful and friendly

It’s hard to decide what stood out the most for our stay…. To begin with the woman working the front desk at check-in was amazing, kind, friendly, answered all my questions, incredibly welcoming. I made a joke about the frequent review of not having a coffee maker in the rooms and the gentleman working laughed and gave me a tour of their amazing Bunn coffee station that is open 24 hours. It was stocked to the brim with coffee creamer, sugar, sweetener, honey, tea, hot chocolate packets. I made a late night cup of decaf because I was needing something warm after coming in from the cold weather outside. I’m not a coffee pro but this was one of the best coffees I have had in a long time. They also offer chocolate chip cookie on check in, take one, they are amazing!!! Our room was very nice, looked newly remodeled. The bathroom had a walk in shower which I’ve never seen in a hotel. We thought the water pressure was great and the shower was a great size. I loved the wardrobe storage in the room, the desk was nice. The fridge kept things nicely cold. The beds were so comfortable. The sheets and blanket were great quality, the pillows were top notch compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Usually I hate hotel pillows and don’t sleep well. I slept fantastic & wished I had asked the brand so I could buy one. The fitness center is pretty basic but would do good for someone traveling through. I didn’t get in the pool but my kids did and enjoyed it. 10/10 & will stay agai

The nicest and most task oriented front desk gentleman, very understaffed. The room was spacious and clean, very thin walls and way too much water softener.

Room clean, bed comfortable, temp control good, breakfast good, weird policy about ice buckets (issue them @ front desk), no coffee maker in room, there was 24/7 coffee in dining area, 2 of 3 of my credit cards didn't work (the clerk was swiping a chip card) it throws a flag. I used the rejected cards to get gas and they were fine.FYI!

Room staff breakfast was great 5 star. The shower had minimal warm water and our microwave didn’t work

The woman at the front desk was absolutely horrible. She was rude and complacent. The sheets for the pull out bed were dirty, twice, as were the pillow cases. The hotel smells like sulfur, the room was filthy, and the bathroom door did not close. We were there for 10 minutes and turned in our keys, and left. Horrible place, filthy, and will never be back. Will assume we are getting a refund, but the booking company said they would deny it. Gross. Be careful here.
