Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Topeka West, KS

The hotel is a little older, but it has been kept up. Staff was very pleasant, and it was nice to have eating options within walking distance.

Fire alarm malfunctions keeping us up until 3:30 am and lack of secure doors were only issues, staff and everything else was great

Clean room, staff is very nice, breakfast is just ok. ( Im not big on breakfast) People do need to learn to be quiet when walking down the hall at night. People letting their dogs bark all night. So little sleep last night.

Easy parking, good check in, elevator and halls clean… room pleasant except the tile in the bathroom and entry was breaking and loose in a few spots. Hopefully they’ll be fixing it soon. Slept decent, bed a little soft. Good hot water once I realized it was turned around. Good price point. Didn’t stay for breakfast but had some good coffee.

We go every other weekend to Topeka now we don’t have to do the work looking for a nice place. From now on this is going to be our first place to stay. Love it.

The rooms are outdated with repairs needed. Upon arrival, the door was safety locked from the inside and had to be opened using a tool. The bathroom spout was coming out of the wall and shower had wear and tear. The staff was helpful and friendly though and areas were kept clean.

Room was outdated, put laminated flooring on which looked newer but air conditioning was old and very noisy making it hard to get any sleep. As well the bath tub was really old with chips at bottom, and the facet was out from the wall and did not work well. Staff were very friendly when checked in but would not stay again due to uncomfortable outdated room.

Sent to an already occupied room at check-in, which was a major safety concern. The room I was eventually given had mold in the bathroom, hair all over the bedding, bugs in the room, no hot water, almost no water pressure, and the A/C couldn’t keep the room cool. There was even a rock holding the back door open, which doesn’t inspire confidence in security. The staff was friendly and understanding about the issues, but unfortunately the cleanliness, maintenance, and security problems made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.

Staff was super nice, a/c worked, water presser was good , water hot. Things that needed work, faucet in bathroom was broken, mini fridge was leaking all over floor, pool was not heated and hot tub was super hit but had a flim all over it.
