Voyage Torba Hotel

Caner I wanted to leave a small review of the Voyage Hotel , because I am so amused with the service in hotel, restaurants, bars on the beach and swimming pools and staff, how they taken care of clients, with respect and smile. To be honest, I would recommend my favorite place in hotel, it was bar near Olive Garden pool and Caner, who works there. First I thought that he is a manager or something because of his perfect English and personality. How he makes cocktails, talk to people with all the respect and care. He made our holiday really relaxing and unforgettable. In general I love the vibe of the hotel and atmosphere

We left very satisfied with the hotel we went to for the first time after finding it online and taking a risk with my wife. Our room, food and staff were of top quality. Cleanliness, order, courtesy and taste were remarkably attentive. Restaurants from different countries are worth trying and offer delicious meals. The Fajita we ate at the Mexican restaurant was made by a chef from Siirt, but it tasted great. My only suggestion is that the beach should be maintained a little more. Since we spent almost all day on the beach, it is important that the beach is well-maintained and reflects the quality befitting the name and star of the hotel. In order to change the shabby atmosphere, broken and faded sun loungers, some moldy cushions should be checked and, if possible, the entire beach should be arranged in one piece with special sand. We would like to thank Zülal and Ms. Su for supporting us as customer assistants. It's on the list of hotels I want to go to again...

As previous years, we had an excellent experience during our holiday at Voyage Torba this summer. Although we couldn't be with our previous consultant, Ms. Zulal, this year, we are eagerly looking forward to meet each other next year. To be honest, one of the things we missed the most before our visit this year was the hotel's wonderful cuisine. The change in the service approach of the a la carte restaurants this year, frankly, elevated the experience a notch. The experience of enjoying live music during the evening dinner is indescribably peaceful. We'd like to make a special mention for the evening shows. While all the performances were outstanding, the hints we received for next year raised our expectations even higher. We want to express our special thanks to Ms. Ozge, who was always with us and contributed to the realization of all these wonderful shows. We are thankful to Mr. Festus at Pier Bar, Nermin Hanım and Mehmet Bey at Degusto, Songul Hanım and Nurettin Bey at Cuisine, Serdar Bey at Blue Restaurant, Argun Bey at Kebappa, and all the employees whose names we couldn't remember for their hospitality. Bu sene onceki danismanimiz Zülal Hanim ile bir arada olamadik, ancak gelecek sene tekrar bulusmayi dort gozle bekliyoruz. Acikcasi bu seneki ziyaretimizden once en cok ozledigimiz seylerden biri otelin harika mutfagi olmustu. Ki bu sene itibariyle a la carte restoranlarin servis uygulamalarinin degistirilmesi de acikcasi seviyeyi bir tik daha yukseltmis. Aksam yemeginde dinledigimiz canli muzikle yasanilan deneyim tarif edeilemez bir huzur yasatiyor. Gece sovlarina ise ayri bir parantez acmak istedik. Tum performanslar cok ozel olmakla birlikte, ozellikle gelecek seneye dair aldigimiz bazi tuyolar beklentilerimizi daha da yukseltti. Gosterilerde her daim bize eslik ederek yanimizda olan, tum bu harika sovlarin gerceklesmesinde katkida bulunan Ozge Hanim'a bu konuda ozel olarak tesekkur etmek isteriz. Pier Bar'da Mr. Festus, Degusto'da Nermin Hanim ve Mehmet Bey, Cuisine'de Songul Hanim ve Nurettin Bey, Blue Restaurant'ta Serdar Bey, Kebappa'da Argun Bey ve ismini hatirlayamadigim tum calisanlara misafirperverlikleri icin mutesekkiriz. Onumuzdeki sene tekrar gorusmek dilegiyle. Tum ekibe tesekkurler!

Alakart snack ve kahvaltı otel için artı bir uygulama olmuş. De gusto ana restoranda sipariş verme uygulaması da güzeldi fakat bir kez kullandıktan sonra gereksiz olduğunu düşünüp, açık büfe devam ettik. Açık büfenin rahatlığı ve özgürlüğü daha cezbedici. Genel temizlik ve yemek kalitesini halen korumakta. Odaya kavanta yağı uygulaması artı idi. Odalar eskimeye, yıpranmaya başlamış. Örneğin duşun kapısı kapanmıyordu aralık kalıyordu. Tekrar oda değiştirme zahmetine katlanmamak adına görmezden geldim, fakat su sızıp banyo ayak havlusunu ıslatıyordu. Wc kapısına da basit bir kanca sistemi ile buna çözüm bulmaları bence çok iyi olmamış. Kapı ve camdaki sineklikler açılmıştı. Oda kapısı sürgüsü sanki daha da sertleşmiş ekstra güç uygulamak gerekiyordu açıp kapatırken. Bir de çalışanlar genel olarak mutsuz gibiler gibiydi. Belki sezon yoğun geçti bilemiyorum ama daha önceki konaklamada her çalışan selam verip gülümserdi, memnuniyetle diye eklerlerdi. Bu sefer gözlerini misafirlerden kaçırıyorlar gibi geldi fakat bu durum hizmet kalitesine yansımamış. Her konuda yardımcı oluyordu personeller. Isıtmalı olan havuz çok yoğun, çocuklu ailelerden dolayı ısıtmalı olmayan havuzlara gitmek zorunda kaldık çoğu zaman. Ekim ayı olduğundan bi tık daha soğuk oluyordu diğer havuzlar tabii fakat tatili olumsuz anlamda etkilemedi bu. Bu yoruma göre voyage grubu notlarını alcaktır, eksiklerini kapatacaktır diye düşünüyorum. Hizmet kalitesinin güzel olmasından dolayı da tüm personel ve yöneticilere teşekkür ederiz.

He hotel is so beautiful and the food is good and delicious 😋. The rooms are beautiful and big . I was staying in the hotel for 10 days with my family me and my husband and three girls .we were staying in olive superior room and olive superior family for 10 nights. We asked for an upgrade and we were suprised that they give us anupgrade for the last four nights in the swim-up rooms, it was amazing .from this part i would like to thank Mr Sabri the guest relation manager for his kindness and generosity and plus this we have gotten a free dinner meal in one of à la carte restaurant. Thank a lot 🙏 💓 I don't want to forget my guest relation girls Nada and Houda ,they were so helpful and so patient with us and not forgetting so professionally answering my question and quick response from their side.all the live to you guys 💓 It was pleasure to meet them .i had an unforgettable journey and I will come back there for sure. My best regards to all of you.😘

ULTRA ALL INC - Many child facilities, such as powdered milk, baby purée, clean baby chairs, bibs, kids food section, cribs, steps, free swim nappies, baby club from 4 years old - Aqua park with incredible adult area and smaller child, friendly slides. Brackets only downside was the very cold water. - premium food and drinks brands - amazing, buffet, quality and selection - 5 à la cart restaurants with breakfast, and lunch, included in all-inclusive package, dinner in these restaurants, at a small fee, (€10-€30 per person) - incredible dedicated patisserie, and speciality tea and coffee areas - fully stocked, minibar, and multiple bars next to each pool CUSTOMER SERVICE - simple communication with customer service representatives, Ezra and Beyza via WhatsApp, meant all requests were accommodated, painlessly and quickly - Burak by the heated swimming pool was incredibly fast (pro on rollerblades) and hospitable. - App to order food and drinks to the Sun. Loungers was another feature which made the experience seamless. - 24/7 our restaurant was perfect when children didn’t want to stick to timings DESIGN - Stunning minimal indoor outdoor design throughout the hotel. Polished concrete, bringing the outside in. - Even entry level rooms around the Olive Garden with their olive trees in the terraces were spectacular – the designs are all on one level, making them very child friendly - Absolutely spectacular, looking gym - incredible design that unify the other car with small featured that made them more distinctive such as lampshades and different tabletop colours Things to improve: - more heated swimming pools (only the exec one is heated at certain times of the year (!) making it super busy) think twice about coming in a period where the water was not heated – the nonheated pools are absolute ice. - More focus on sustainability Eg. Get rid of small plastic L’Occitaine bottles and replace with large, porcelain, refillable us and they do at Soho house Eg. Change the policy of having to put a card on the bed. If you do not want it changed, to putting a card on the bed. Only when you do want it changed, thus making not changing the sheets each day the default. Eg. Refillable water bottles for each guest or make all bottles glass. - maintain quality until the end of the season – we stayed in the final week, and the quality of Customer Service definitely deteriorated during this time. It was exceptional to begin with, but in the final couple of days, we were waiting a long time for drinks at dinner, despite it being quieter, no napkins, etc. - incredibly expensive on site shop, €15 for nappies that cost £2 in UK. Would advise going offsite or bringing your own. We will return to a hotel for the first time ever. Absolutely love this place!

What an experience, from check in to the check out, and beyond! A first class hotel, great staff, from our assistants Esra and Beyza, who supplied superb service both in person, and via WhatsApp, through all the hotel staff, who couldn’t have been more attentive. The restaurants on site, from the main buffet style Degusto, through the various fine dining restaurants, Asian, Turkish, Japanese, Italian, Mexican, and fish and steak were a delight. Not to mention the patisserie and tea salon. With the spa and watersports, as well as a water park for adults as well as children there is plenty to do - or not! And the evening entertainment is also first class. A relaxed idillic holiday, Village Torba is deserving of the awards it has received, it’s staff are at the heart of its success, Cannot wait to return

The hotel is located in the town of Torba, 6 km from Bodrum, on a quiet bay. There are a few small supermarkets and various restaurants within walking distance. And there is a harbor just a short walk away. There is also an archaeological church on the beach (turn right). The bus to Bodrum stops in front of the door. Everything is very well organized in this fantastic hotel, which we will definitely visit again. The food was very varied and very tasty. Staff were friendly and very good. You will have several personal assistants who you can ask anything and help you with anything. The room was fully equipped and was cleaned twice a day. Beautiful beach with nice sunbeds and you can order food and drinks via a QR code. The same goes for the swimming pools. Various a la carte restaurants where you can eat very well.

So where do I start. Upon arrival, just wow. You want into the beautiful hotel and someone is sat playing a grand piano. It was breath taking. You check in and it's so seamless. You can sit and have a drink if you wish but its takes minutes to get checked it. Once checked it, your bags are taken to your room, while you have a tour, this hotel is rather big! Maybe a map might be handy. The rooms are beautiful. You have a mini bar which is replenished everyday for free. The restaurants are fantastic. They will make food to the way you want it if you have fuss kids, like mine! Which is truly amazing. You have drinkable yogurts, pop yoghurt but they have bits in, formula milk which I could only see the brand aptamil, weaning pots. Honestly anything a baby needs, it's there! But if you can't see it, then you just need to ask. The food was lovely for adults, plenty of choice. The only thing I was missing was a good chicken pitta kebab! When you arrive you join a WhatsApp group for your room which you get assistants, incase you want or need anything. We had Nada, Honda and Aizhan. All lovely people. Nada was amazing, my 2 year old wasn't well and she was a fantastic help with the doctors. Thank you so much Nada. On site you have a kids part which was handy for the hot days for my 2 little ones. There is also a water park so all ages, the life guards are so friendly. Big shout out to Bunyamin! He went above and beyond to make your experience amazing! Overall this hotel was beautiful and a lovely experience. The only reason I haven't gave 5 stars is because there is only 1 heated pool and this doesn't have a kids pool in. The water was 26 degrees. It took your breath away when getting in. This meant my 2 children didn't use the pools, and that a big issue for us because my kids are water babies. Of the more pools where heated they 5star all the way!
