Absolutely terrible! Dreadful! I've never stayed at a Hilton property this bad! First, my travel companion and I booked two twin rooms. When we arrived, they told us they weren't available, only vaguely saying "there are problems with your rooms." How can that be such a coincidence, and they wouldn't even explain the problem? It was clearly overbooked, and they wouldn't admit it. This alone wasted at least half an hour trying to sort out the room issue. Then, they asked us to make do with a king-size room for one night and gave us a $50 dining voucher. They called it a king bed, but the photo clearly shows it's a small 1.5-meter bed, and the room was at least half the size of the twin room we booked! When I asked the front desk, they even lied, claiming there was no price difference between the two room types. What a load of **! We wasted an hour just to check in, and after checking in, we found the bedding to be incredibly dirty. At the same time, I checked the official website and Trip.com to see the actual prices and realized we had been scammed. There *was* a price difference between the two room types, so they had to refund us and provide compensation. We went back down to discuss it. It wasted a lot of time, and in the end, we couldn't reach a resolution. They resent the bedding, and it was *still* dirty – absolutely ridiculous! We asked for a manager, and they told us to wait again. It was already midnight, and they clearly didn't care about our situation at all! The next morning, we went to the restaurant for breakfast. It wasn't great, and one set cost over $30. The $50 voucher wasn't even enough for two people to have one meal, and we had to pay extra. What kind of compensation is that? After talking to the manager, they finally refunded us $100, but the time and energy we wasted are irreplaceable! We had to switch rooms again when we came back in the evening, which was so disruptive! We had to pack our luggage all over again. The funniest thing was that the front desk was still dragging their feet when we returned to switch rooms. Another guest nearby was experiencing the exact same situation – they booked a more expensive room but were assigned a worse one. This hotel is a repeat offender! Parking is also ridiculously expensive. Either the hotel's valet parking for $55 a night, or public parking nearby for $15 overnight + $25 cap starting from 7 AM. Photo 1 is the king room, Photo 2 is the twin room. Everyone can feel the difference in size.
