Spacious and tidy hotel, convenient location,staffs are helpful

It was recently renovated hotel like new. Horse racing view directly from hotel room was an amazing experience.

Great place to stay, has a casino if you are into that, nice pool, sauna and a steam room.Several restaurants on site. And many more close by.

Amazing trip. Great service, when needing things (cups, slippers, extra towels) the staff and front desk were amazing with the help.  The rooms are kept clean, and are very comfortable for a weekend getaway.  We’ve stayed here a handful of times, and is for sure our absolute favorite!  The pool & hot tub are an extra bonus too. For sure recommend to anyone looking for a clean, affordable stay. And its location is so good to everything !!

I would love to stay again for next time trip to Toronto. It was very nice and clean room with great city view from our room. We ware enjoyed stay there. Even though we have to leave early for safe return from expected increment weather..

Not being much for gambling, I chose this Canadian hotel because of the recent US boycott campaigns. This was an excellent choice and I loved my stay, even though I arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet. I took advantage of the restaurants and food stalls within the casino itself and the pizza place was out of this world (Pizzariola?? I think that was the name). Just a single slice ($7.50) was a meal on its own. Thanks to all the food servers in the casino - you really cheered me up on such a dreary rainy day. And if the horse track was open, I would've placed a bet or two. In my room, the bed was incredibly soft and cozy and the TV line-up was also exceptional. I would've walked the grounds of this fine establishment but unfortunately I wasn't dressed for this particularily cold May day. And I loved the fact that this place was so close to the airport too. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. Vibrant and spacious, if you’re looking for comfort over the hassle of downtown for a good price, this is the place to stay.

Nice hotel in general. However, I feel that the reception or front desk service needs improvement in terms of staff attitude.

This is the best value for your money you will get in Toronto. Since most people come here for the Casino, the rooms are heavily incentivized.

We enjoyed our stay. Great facilities and amenities. Staffs are attentive to customer needs.

My friend and I stayed for the night to see Lorna Shore play at the venue on site. Overall, the experience was great. All staff were friendly and helpful, and the casino floor is massive. The room was clean and just the right size for the two of us. After the show we grabbed some late night pizza slices to bring back to the room, and then grabbed some Tim Hortons for breakfast on the way out the next morning. I have to say, this Tim Hortons location is one of the better I’ve been too. BELT was made nicely and my iced coffee was on point and as requested.

The room was quite big and very clean. The shower was really satisfying. We only stayed for a night, but will definitely book here again.
