Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, and the listing did not accurately reflect the actual experience. 1. Broken bed: The bed was broken, and although we contacted the host, there was very little assistance provided. We ultimately had to move the mattress onto the floor just to be able to sleep. 2. Noise from the host’s family: The host lives in the property, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. There are six small children living there, and they were frequently shouting and running around. The noise made it very difficult for us to sleep and get proper rest. 3. No hairdryer: A hairdryer was listed as an available amenity, but there was no hairdryer provided. 4. Inaccurate/misleading description: The listing did not clearly mention that the host and a large family live in the property. This is important information that guests should know before booking, especially for those expecting a quiet and private stay. 5. Misleading breakfast description: The advertised breakfast was not what we expected. It consisted of instant noodles, instant oatmeal, and coffee, with no milk provided. Calling this a breakfast without clearly explaining what is included is misleading. 6. No lockable door: The room did not have a door that could be locked from the outside, which raised concerns about privacy and security. Overall, the accommodation did not match the description and amenities advertised. I would recommend that future guests carefully confirm these details with the host before booking.

I had an excellent experience. The location is convenient not in Toronto downtown but easy to travel into city with quick access to transit and daily essentials. Choosing this area is a great way to save money on accommodation costs. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described. The hosts were nice and helpful.

The house is very nice and quiet, I did not have much difficulty with check in check out.

My experience at this property was extremely negative, and I do not recommend it under any circumstances. The only positive aspect was that the bed was comfortable. However, this does not compensate for the serious issues related to noise, security, misleading information, and host behavior. From approximately 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM, there was constant noise inside the property: running, shouting, and heavy footsteps. It was impossible to sleep. I have video evidence of this situation. This was not an isolated incident but part of the normal environment of the house. This is not a typical hotel-style accommodation as presented. It is a shared family home where the host and their children live, which is not clearly disclosed. This significantly impacts the guest experience. Regarding security and privacy: * The room cannot be properly locked when leaving * The door design does not provide real privacy This creates legitimate concerns about personal belongings. There is also misleading information: * Breakfast is mentioned but was never provided * Common areas, especially the kitchen, have strong and unpleasant odors The host (Tracy) was unprofessional and confrontational. Instead of resolving the issues, I was pressured to leave the property, including being told to check out before a specific time to receive a refund. This shows a lack of customer care and a focus on removing the guest rather than solving problems. In summary: * No proper rest * No adequate privacy or security * Misleading listing * Poor handling of complaints I had to leave because it was not possible to continue staying under these conditions. I strongly recommend future guests read all negative reviews carefully, as many describe the same recurring issues.

The building also has supporting amenities, the check-in and check-out process is simple and flexible, perfect for business trips, travel and short-term living. Overall value for money is great, highly recommended for short term tenants.

The breakfast is not really breakfast. They have instant noodles to cook yourself and instant oatmeal only. Other than that all good.
