Skye Hotel & Residences - BW Signature Collection

Extremely dirty. Zero cleaning. We had to ask for fresh sheets and do our own cleaning. It was a mess. Booked 3 rooms. All 3 of them dirtyyyy!!!! We asked for a cleaning but nothing has been done. Had to sleep together in 2 of the rooms and ask for a refund for the third one. A place to avoid at all costs

Staff were rude but other than that everything was great and highly recommended. Be aware that they charge a $200 security deposit.

The hotel was not clean overall. The hallways were very dusty and looked like they had not been vacuumed for a long time. The floor in our room was also dirty, and the sofa was extremely dirty as well. We asked to change our room, but we were told that no other rooms were available. Because of the poor cleanliness and the lack of an alternative room, we had to do check out and leave the hotel.

We arrived at the hotel and the room was already dirty — it had clearly not been cleaned before our check-in. We immediately asked for cleaning, but nothing happened. Over the next few days we requested housekeeping service multiple times. Finally a cleaning supervisor came and started to clean the room. When we explained that we needed to change rooms because of personal safety issues, the manager suddenly stopped the supervisor and said, “Why are you complaining about the room if you want to change it?” They refused to give us a different room. After that incident the supervisor was told to stop cleaning, and despite us asking for cleaning service again and again for the rest of our stay, no one ever came back. The room stayed dirty and uncleaned for the entire duration of our trip. The whole experience was stressful, unhygienic, and extremely disappointing. The manager’s attitude made us feel unwelcome for simply asking for basic standards of cleanliness and safety. We will never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value a clean, safe room and professional service, look elsewhere.

This was by far the most horrific hotel experience of my life. Filthy garbage outside of hotel, lobby carpet had giant coffee/vomit stain, garbage strewn on floor, bathroom full of urine, hotel room had greasy hand prints everywhere, hotel room after moving had greasy hand prints on head board of bed, broken phone, broken toilet - the staff seemed used to hearing that and only solution was to move to another room - will never go there again and do not recommend whatsoever- I’d rather sleep in my car.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I felt the photos we saw when booking were misleading - it appeared larger and said the square footage was between 850-950sqft and our suite was nowhere near that size. The two beds and the sofa were so crammed in that you couldn’t open one of the cupboards and it was difficult to get to the second bed without squeezing against a wall. We did move the desk and table/chairs to make a little more spaceand to me, the layoutsakee more sense the way we left it - with the desk against the window and the table in the little room. The photos made it look like the beds were in a separate room than the sofa/kitchen. It’s possible we were put in the wrong kind of room? There are absolutely no extras here - no pots and pans or ice cube trays. We had 3 plates and one glass in the cabinets. No silverware or dish soap and no detergent for the dishwasher (not that there was anything to put in there). The hotel appeared pretty clean but we also were missing sheets for the pullout. The team did bring us two flat sheets to use and they said they only had one extra pillow (which was fine since the beds had 4 pillows each).

Everything is great, but it's a pity that there is no bed linen for the sofa bed. It would have been super.

Not so good , not so clean but amazing that has cooker and laundry in each unit with this price , perfect for long stays
