Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel Reviews

I’d like to start with the positives of the hotel. First of all, the location was excellent. As tourists, it was very convenient for us to get to all the main attractions around the city. I would also like to give special recognition to the service. We were truly impressed by how attentive and welcoming the staff were throughout our stay. In particular, the reception team and the café staff serving breakfast provided outstanding hospitality. Bar 45 also exceeded our expectations with exceptional service. Overall, the customer service was truly top-notch. What unfortunately disappointed us was the condition of the hotel itself. It feels as though the property has not been significantly updated since the 1970s. The old doors, outdated furniture, worn carpets, and poor lighting in the lobby create a sense of discomfort rather than luxury. This is definitely something that needs attention, as the current condition and renovation standards do not match the level and reputation of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was centrally located to places we wanted to go shopping and restaurants. But as it was raining every day, and we didn’t feel like walking, a lot of places was just a short drive on uber. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

I was overcharged for two nights in a queen room with breakfast by more than $700. My complaints were ignored.

The location and atmosphere of the hotel are great, but I booked it at an exorbitant price, which felt like a rip-off. I'll never stay here at that price again.

Got bitten by some unknown bugs, my leg swelled up, and even after changing rooms, the bites kept spreading.

Good location. Central at Queens street. Street car and TTC access to nearby Osgoode station. Busy hotel with lots going on. I had a north facing room, great view of Toronto City Hall.

What a wonderful, centrally located hotel!!! We had a terrific view of Nathan Philipps Square! The Pool is super too!

The environment is great, very quiet, and the bed is super comfortable.

The location is perfect for a 2 day trip, walkable to downtown.

Good location. The room seems clean overall, just little dust somewhere. They have swimming pool and sauna to use. I like the view of my room seeing CN tower. However, parking is not free, and air conditioner isn’t as cool as it supposed to be, but I bring my mini fan to travel, so I don’t have a problem.

The environment is beautiful, facilities are complete, and the service is excellent.

This was my second time staying at the Sheraton Centre Toronto, and once again it was a great experience. Excellent downtown location, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.
