The hotel is located downtown Toronto. Super close to the CF centre mall. The rooftop restaurant are amazing. 10 out of 10 really delicious.  Staffs were helpful and super friendly.  Unfortunately there aren't much supermarkets or convenience stores near by or open late .

The room was awful. Couldn't even play YouTube on the TV. Less than 30 minutes after checking in, we were already trying to fix the TV, and then the screen went bad, so we asked to check out. The front desk staff, Ann (beware!), and the manager said they wouldn't refund us and that we had to pay for the night because we had already entered the room, demanding a 4000 RMB room fee. In the end, Trip.com subsidized 2000 RMB for me. It was a terrible stay, and the whole place smelled like *********. Chinese travelers, please avoid this place.

The St. Regis brand is known for luxury and butler service. The Toronto location is a bit older, so the room facilities are relatively outdated. Fortunately, the excellent service makes up for the aging infrastructure. Additionally, the top-floor restaurant is great, with both the views and the food being impressive.

The bar near the lobby is nice and they have a beautiful bar. The breakfast is not good. They say is included and they only let you have one option from the menu. Luxury is flexibility. Having to pay extra if I want to eat more in a five star hotel feels cheap.
