The location is super convenient, with art galleries, the town hall, and more all within walking distance. There's a $50 deposit required at check-in. The room itself is decent and meets the basic requirements for a normal vacation.

Facilities: Fully equipped, with a gym, and the rooms have toiletries, a coffee machine, and a microwave. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. Environment: Within walking distance to ROM, art galleries, Yonge Street, and the University of Toronto.

Best location ever! We had a renovated room on one of the top floors with a fab view of the city! Very friendly staff and withing walking distance to all kinds of sights, shopping and restaurants.

Upon arrival and checking in, very friendly customer front desk to be greeted and was provided the Doubletree classic of freshly baked cookies! I didn't know that was a thing and it was a very pleasant surprise where the attendant just pulled a hot warm cookie out of what it seems to be a heated drawer! Was a fantastic experience and it was clean to be in, would come back!

The location is great, but you have to use a trolley to bring your luggage upstairs yourself.

Everything was Perfect! Great location and Polite employees. The only negative thing is the extra Parking fees.

Great location. Only a 5 minutes walk to St Patrick station. Walking distance to Eaton Centre. You get a cookie when checking in.

The staff was very nice but the check in process was slow. The rooms could be a bit cleaner.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The Chinese restaurant has an elegant atmosphere, unique dishes, and delicious food. There are various restaurants around the hotel, and it's close to the city center. I will definitely visit again next time.

Excellent service from Dhruv and the team at Doubletree, Toronto. After a lengthy flight delay and not arriving til 01:00 it was great to be have a friendly, professional and efficient service from Dhruv. The hotel was very conveniently located for the sites we wanted to visit.

The hotel is conveniently located to great eateries and restaurants just round the corner. It is also near to Eaton Center great for shopping and a huge urban eatery with lots of varieties of food for everyone. The hotel room is a little small but there's a gym, indoor heated pool and laundrette which is very useful. Finally, Hilton hotel is famous for its home-baked cookies which is given out to guests staying in the hotel.

The overall experience was wonderful. Flexible with timing.
