InterContinental Hotels TORONTO CENTRE by IHG

This black device in the hotel, which looked like a clock or an outlet, actually started alarming like a ghost at 6 AM. Even after pressing it, it would go off again after 5 minutes. I had no choice but to unplug it, and when I did, the outlet was covered in dust. We were already jet-lagged and needed sleep, and just as we were about to fall asleep, it started waking us up like a ghost. The hotel's intention must be to make guests get up early and check out early. Their methods are despicable and contemptible. Moreover, my room was next to the elevator, and the elevator going up and down was very noisy at night. I requested a room change, but my request wasn't understood, and no change was made. The check-out process was even more arrogant. We were required to check out before 11 AM. After going to communicate, they reluctantly agreed to extend it by half an hour, allowing us to check out at 11:30 AM, as if we were begging them. The experience was extremely poor.

We were a group of three, but only two pairs of slippers and two bathrobes were provided. After we mentioned it, they prepared three of each the next day. As for breakfast, it was perfect for me as I love fruit and cheese! The bread selection was also plentiful.

Spacious and excellent service, very clean with a lovely soap scent. I felt secure during my stay. The CN Tower is right in front of you, the location is superb.

The hotel's biggest advantage is its proximity to the station; nothing else is commendable. They don't provide toothpaste or toothbrushes, and the breakfast buffet is terrible—the same food for two days straight!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the convention center, and check-in was efficient. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. The front desk staff were professional and attentive. It was a great stay for a business trip.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied! The room was very spacious. The breakfast, however, was much worse than what you'd find in China, but the service at the breakfast restaurant was truly excellent!
