I was initially apprehensive about staying in an "old" hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

A century old hotel.
It is located 400 meters outside the Old Mill Metro Station. Walk up and down. In fact, sitting in the subway, you can see the old house where the hotel is located.
There are restaurants inside and outside the house. The restaurant outside the door has 300 seats, and a graduation ceremony is being held.
In the restaurant of the hotel, there are often live bands playing.
Outside the window are green trees and gardens, a place suitable for weddings.

No dining facilities whatsoever, not even a breakfast room. Nothing within walking distance. Only coffee in the room, no tea. (one of my party was English and this was a grave omission for her!) Prices for in room food were exorbitant. No extras in the room...no even a pen and notepad, but I did appreciate the bath robes.
The saving grace of this hotel was the cozy bar and a very helpful barman, who gave us excellent service. I wouldn't stay here again though....I had the feeling the place was trying to cut corners to save money.

We stayed for the night. We didn’t use the restaurant on site as we had plans. We found our room spacious and the fireplace was nice to have. Our room overlooked the Humber river and it was very quiet even though we could see the subway. We will return and enjoy the facility again.

Loved everything. The hotel is vintage and cozy. Staff very helpful. Room and bed fantastic as well as the huge bathroom and tub.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location was scenic and quiet. It has 5 minute access to a subway line.
The Old Mill restaurant, located on the property, was surprisingly outstanding. My herb seasoned Cornish game hen was delicious and stuffed. My wife's meal -a large portion of salmon - was moist and tasty. The Tiramisu dessert was the best of all - "amazing", we both said.
The only disappointment was the "hospitality charge" of $16.50 a day which the hotel imposed (for room cleanup) because we booked with *******.

Restaurant that was previously affliated with the hotel is now independantly operated and generally open for business from Thursday to Sunday. Our stay over was on a Thursday however it was not published anywhere that they would be closed on the day of our stay. Since we chose this hotel specifically for the availability of the restaurant service we as a consequence are disappointed in our our selection. There were better less costly alternatives had we known.

Quaint old-style hotel, well maintained. Good underground complementary parking nearby. Easy walk to the subway station for easy access downtown. Temp settings was warmer than I would like, felt stuffy, hot beddings. Bathroom sink could use a bit more cleaning. View outside the could've been better if there was no litter.

It was my first time stay at the Old Mill Toronto and it exceeded my expectations. The staff, my room and the entire facility was top notch. All the Christmas decorations were an added bonus. I would highly recommend staying at the Old Mill Toronto.
