Rooms at Babbacombe

Luke and Becca , Made us really welcomed, The room was nice and clean and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay . An added extra touch was a small fridge battled milk, and bottled water, plus tea, coffee, and chocolate etc. plus a box on the landing and basket with extra items one might need , plus clean towels and extra toilet rolls etc etc The room was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed . Also an added extra was Cake supplied in the afternoon if you so required it.in the lounge. The lounge was comfortable and modern and if needed you could order breakfast, from the breakfast menu , plus there was parking on site if you booked in advance. It is close to a super bus route with a regular service and Babbacombe has the most wonderful sea views. We have booked to visit again already and look forward to our next visit in September 2026 xx Thank you Luke and Becca

We went for our anniversary and just got home. The rooms at Babbacombe were pristinely clean,the best really comfy and they are really friendly people! Location is ideal for exploring Torbay and all the coves. It’s a self let in place,which is great for us.very reasonable and right next to oddacombe and Babbacombe beach,literally 2 mins stroll away and the same to local pubs on the sea front. The most beautiful wooded walk down to the beach and sea front Cary arms or cafe! fish and chips around the corner at Hanbury’s,best ever ! Bus outside which takes you straight to Torquay in mins,unless you want a walk,it’ll be around 30mins. They have parking,which was handy and supply towels,tea coffee,hot chocolate and milk etc. Such a lovely place and a really nice surprise,will definitely return,so much still to explore! Immaculately clean and well run establishment. Warm and inviting, certainly relaxing. Modern and Very comfortable with sea theme throughout all areas. Impressive establishment. Will certainly stay there again when in that area.

We paid £108 for a ‘deluxe’ double room. The room itself was very small, probably about 7’6 wide with no chair or wardrobe just a rail with hangers. It lacked any comfort - even towels were displayed in a drawer of the dresser due to lack of space. The shower room was very basic and badly finished. The shower cubicle was very small, the toilet seat had stains and there were paint splats on the floor. We chose not to stay but were told that if we had they could have offered other accommodation. Surely if there was anything better we should have been given this in the first place as we had already paid a premium.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful. We had full use of lounge area which is very tastefully decorated, we could help ourselves to tea, coffe, cake etc. We had tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate supplies in our room and there was extra supplied on landing in case we needed more. Also a basket of supplies of extra towels, shampoos, shower gels etc incase we had forgotten anything( at no extra cost). The room , although on the smaller side for a double had everything we needed and was comfortable enough for us, had a fan in room which was used by us. Overall excellent stay and will definitely book again.

TORQUAY- BEST YET! The accommodation was a very high standard. The attention to detail was the best ever! Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here enroute to Cornwall to break a long journey. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. Lovely features. Great spacious shared lounge. Close to a lovely part of babbacombe. Would come again to stay. Parking available on site. Breakfast optional.
