Good location as a base for exploring the surrounding attractions. The room was quite small, although it had a small balcony overlooking the sea. A pleasant stay, although I don't know how it can be a 4-star; based on the materials and setting, it seems like a classic 3-star.

New property, practically on the seafront, and within 40 minutes you can reach anywhere: Lecce, Ostuni, Alberobello, Fasano. Breakfast was good and varied. Overall, the overall experience was very positive.

Amazing stay The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Great location, delicious breakfast, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Easy to find, a bit isolated among local streets but close to beach/coastline. Walkable into the small local seaside town. Easy check-in, room clean and daily serviced, no coffee/tea facilities in room. Breakfast OK, but limited by being mostly the same everyday. Seemed popular with mostly Italian guests so guess it aims at local market. Got to be honest and say its definitely not 4* and amenities fairly limited. Best used as a base for local site seeing.

Such a lovely family run hotel. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Really clean and smelled nice too. Rooms were clutter free and the beds were extremely comfortable. Cleaned beautifully daily. Huge fluffy towels and soft bedding. Everything you could wish for including an excellent breakfast buffet. Thank you for having us, we loved it.
