Overall, I was happy with the stay. The breakfast was good, though our room was a bit noisy.

I have no complaints, except for the towel situation. I had to request them at the front desk, and often they weren't available.

Absolutely dreadful. The room was horrible. No bath towels provided. There's no on-site parking – they charge 30 Reais for a lot two blocks away, and even then, vehicle pick-up times are restricted. The elevators were broken, and the corridors and common areas were filthy! Never again.

Great room. We stayed in room 510. The breakfast is amazing.

I accidentally booked for the wrong date, off by just one day. Neither the app nor the hotel could do anything to help! I lost my money, but they've lost a customer because they showed absolutely no willingness to find a solution.

Everything was great, just as I expected. The service was prompt, and the hotel is in an excellent location with everything within walking distance.

The hotel was good value for money

Absolutely NOT recommended! - No towels in the room. I had to call to request them, and then go pick them up myself, only to be given just one. - Dirty room (hair everywhere, and the floor was covered in sand). - Makeshift sheets (they used three single sheets on a double bed). - Electrical outlet with exposed wires. My fiancée got an electric shock, and when we reported it to the front desk, absolutely nothing was done about it. - A cockroach in the room at night. In summary, everything was terrible. Absolutely awful.

If you, like me, value a great location and convenience, I highly recommend this hotel. It's close to the beach, the lagoon, good dining options, and the main square which offers plenty of attractions. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite varied and tasty. I'd seen several complaints about cleanliness, but generally, our room was very clean upon arrival. However, towels were missing, and the liquid soap dispensers weren't refilled (one even came unstuck). We had brought our own soaps, but there was nowhere to put them. As a suggestion, I'd say there should be at least one soap dish or holder for shampoos and similar items. We had to request room cleaning three times. I suspect the cleaning staff might have been overwhelmed given the number of guests, but this particular service was a bit disappointing. The common complaints about the valet/parking situation and the elevator are indeed valid. Upon arrival, there are no clear instructions on where to park to unload your belongings. The hotel's paid parking lot also doesn't have enough spaces for everyone, so you end up blocking traffic until you figure it out. The elevator is genuinely slow and has a low weight capacity (this didn't affect me personally, so it didn't impact my overall positive rating). The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but we didn't experience any noise disturbance during our stay. Contrary to what the advertisement states, there's no cable TV, only 2 or 3 local channels. In summary: overall, the value for money is good. It was the best price I found in Torres for the amenities offered. While there are a few areas that could be improved, none of them significantly impacted our stay.

Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and were given a brief tour of the hotel facilities. Our room was very inviting, complete with a comfortable bed, fresh towels, and a thoughtful welcome message. We enjoyed a good breakfast, and the shower had nice hot water. The ambiance was pleasant; even though it was low season, there was no excessive noise. The game room was a nice addition, and the pool was kept clean, even in winter. The lounge and all other common areas were well-organized. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Generally good, but I had trouble watching TV because the antenna signal kept cutting out.

It's difficult to even comment, but unfortunately, my stay here was a very unfortunate experience. I was on vacation, visiting Torres with my wife, only to discover the hotel was undergoing significant maintenance. This was neither communicated beforehand nor were there any signs on the premises. Regrettably, the staff was uncommunicative. Upon entering our room, it was a terrible sight: all the furniture was water-damaged, the balcony door wouldn't close, and the soap dish was loose in the sink. The worst was the broken and incredibly saggy bed. The room was exceptionally dirty; we even found a shirt and a lighter under the bed. The pool was closed, and we couldn't even access the rooftop for a photo, as the entire area was cordoned off. The jacuzzis were dirty, and only one was operational, requiring a prior appointment. Honestly, the only reason I didn't request a refund was that our time was limited, and we had no viable option to find another place. However, there were other guests present, and the hotel should show more respect to its customers. P.S.: The sole positive was the breakfast, and the gentleman serving was incredibly attentive, ensuring guests had everything they needed.

We've stayed here before and really enjoyed it, especially the location.
