The property is excellent in many ways. However, the staff are exceptional. Our flight out of the Faroe Islands was cancelled and the person at the Lobby went out of their way to arrange for the airline to pay for an extra night at the Hafnia (which was much better for us), arrange for three free meals at the hotel, and then even called our taxis to reschedule pick up for the next day. And even though check in is normally after 3 PM, the person was able to get us into our rooms right away for the extra night so that we could relax. We never asked for any of this, they just took the initiative and made it happen. It definitely took the sting out of having our flights cancelled.
My only recommendation is that they have at least a small menu available for hotel guest late into the evening (especially on Fridays and Saturdays). Also, there are a lot more places open late on Saturdays in the areas than the hotel is aware of, so perhaps they could keep a more up to date record of these where you can eat "after hours."
