Stayed for one night with three friends. It was a very comfortable stay thanks to the frank hostess and the refreshing staff. In the room facing the lake, you can enjoy meals in the mountains. I thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of being in Totsukawa Village.

The comment that the public bath was dirty may have nothing to do with the quality of the hot springs, but the hot springs made my skin feel smooth and moist🎶Even though I took a bath until 9am, It's inconvenient that you can't use the shower from 11:00 to 5:00 😅 Also, there was no bathroom in the room, so when you think of hot springs, you always have tea and sweets ❔ There were no sweets, and I was tired from walking along Kohechi. So sorry 😓

I read the reviews saying that the view was beautiful, the food was good, the room was clean, and the bathroom was dirty, so I was satisfied with the reservation. It was just as the reviews said. However, the bathroom was dirtier than expected. The shower hose and faucet were full of mold. The wall tiles are also full of mold. I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't even sit down, and when I pressed the shower, hot water came out, but it wasn't warm and it stopped immediately. It's so dirty that I hesitate to touch it. I had to hold the handle to adjust the temperature, but it was too dirty to do so, so I quickly washed my body off and took a bath, but I couldn't relax from the mess and ended up leaving it cold and catching a cold. I think the food is luxurious to cover up the filth of the bath. Everything was fine except for the bath. There were so many foreign visitors that if you thought it was a Japanese hot spring, you'd be left with an impression of unsanitary conditions. I would like the bathroom to be clean. Although you can post photos, it will damage the inn and the reviews are terrible, but it is a long-established inn located in a wonderful village called Totsukawa Village. I won't take pictures of the bath because I want to support them. Thank you for cleaning the bathroom.

Anyway, there was a lot of food. Dinner was prepared in my room and I had a relaxing time without hesitation. In the morning, we ate in a large room, but I was a little relieved that the distance from other families was taken. The view from the room was also nice.
