"The hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from Tottori Station and a 5-minute taxi ride to Hokkaido Kaiten Sushi. It boasts a nice onsen (hot spring) and was very clean. Complimentary disposable amenities were readily available for guests. On the downside, the breakfast was quite disappointing – very basic with limited variety, and many items weren't restocked, which certainly didn't justify its price. Also, be aware that if you're staying with a child in the same room, there's an additional charge of 3000 JPY per night, and breakfast for the child is extra."

"Second time I have stayed here. Great hotel, right beside the station. The hotel itself may seem a little outdated but it is very cozy. It is a 10 minute walk to a main street filled with restaurants and bars. About 5 minutes walk to the bus depot if you need to get to the sand dunes. Staff were very nice and polite and helpful"

The hotel is very close to the station, and there are many izakayas on both sides, each with its own characteristics. The room was quite compact; our double room didn't have enough space for large luggage. Furthermore, the provided upper bunk appeared somewhat dirty and was unusable. However, the hotel offers complimentary breakfast and lobby drinks, along with a small indoor hot spring, making it quite convenient for solo travelers."
