Small room, you could hear people from the next room, the heating appliance was full of dust.

Even though it needs some minor renovations, it's in good condition to receive guests. Beautiful view of the Garrón River and everything is very clean.

The hotel reception is lovely and the staff very friendly, but the room was nothing like what they advertised on the various accommodation websites and on the hotel's own website. It had no design or decor whatsoever. A simple, outdated room with a dark wood headboard, desk, and bathroom furniture in the same tone. The room had just enough for a short stay. Adequate, but not at all in keeping with the hotel's image. I have to say the bathroom was spacious and equipped with a bathtub, but I didn't have hot water during my stay. The best thing about the room was the river view and its orientation; it had beautiful natural light. It's very well located, approximately 15 minutes from any point of interest.

酒店非常好，強烈推薦！在這裏開啟了對圖盧茲之行，好感度拉滿！！這家酒店特色如下： 1）環境優美！打開窗户能欣賞到美麗的景色，非常贊！ 2）位置便利！位於市中心，離地鐵站及景點都非常近！且非常的安全！ 3）房間佈置很古典，略有意大利美第奇風格，南法古典風情，從一些浴室地上瓷磚花紋、較大的洗手池、洗澡液瓶的花式和香味等的裝飾上能看出設計上的用心。儘管當前部分還處於裝修狀態。 4）接待人員非常有禮貌，法文好英文也非常好，全程英文交流無障礙，素質非常高。且都是帥哥美女，正宗法國人，很是賞心悦目。帥哥是金髮藍眼睛，像南特佈列坦尼、凱爾特、意大利、北歐等的五官，美女也像是畫卷裏走出來的。重要的是，素養極高，受教育程度也很高！ 5）其他，因為該店是圖盧茲的第一站，當時辦理入住的時間非常晚了仍給安排了非常好的房間，對得起酒店的名字，讓人驚歎！電梯也是還不錯的，可以擠下3個人＋行李。整體非常nice。 這是一座奇妙的城市和相當unique的酒店！來圖盧茲非常值得且不容錯過的酒店！需要環境優美、英法文都可無障礙交流，這個極好！
