Very disappointing. Extremely run down and desperately in need of full refurbishment. Staff members were pleasant and helpful and bedding / towels were clean, but room was in terrible condition and frankly unsafe (poor electricals, smoke alarm disabled etc.). There was no working wi-fi and decor was reminiscent of a 1980's Soviet backpacking hotel. Breakfast (included), was ok. Based on this experience, my advise would be 'avoid'!

I really liked this hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s kept spotless.
Excellent breakfast. I only hope they get air conditioning - I understand this is regional (other family members were at different hotels in town too) - but we happened to be there during a humid heatwave and sleeping was tricky.

The staff was outstanding at this hotel. The hotel itself looks as though it requires new ownership. A lot of repairs and updates need to be made. You can tell whoever owns the hotel does not care, nor put effort into it. Where the hotel is located is outstanding! I’m walking distance and in the heart of everything to do in Tournai. So if you are not looking to spend much time in the hotel, it works. If you want to visit a beautiful Belgian city and have the same experience in the hotel as you do outside, then I would not recommend.

Idéalement situé. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux. Chambre propre et confortable. Les chambres sur cour ont une jolie vue. La literie est correct, le mobilier un peu daté mais en bon état, salle de bain simple mais spacieuse et propre. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

L’endroit est stategique a proximite du centre ville et la cathédrale, mais ......... l’hotel est vieux et pas rénové, dommage. Un hotel a l’ancienne qui baigne dans son jus , le petit dejeuner est a l’image de l’hotel. Dommage car le personnel est hyper sympathique

Hotel bien situé, personnel très sympathique par contre l intérieur et chambres très vieillot,les petits déjeuners pas top ,le WiFi ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que la tv,pas de sèche cheveux ds la salle de bains mais très propre

Passé le charme d'une déco désuète, on s'aperçoit très vite que le côté vieillot est plutôt dû à une manque de moyens. Moquette au sol même dans les escaliers, mobiliers et papier peint d'un autre temps, salle de bain abîmée... même le WiFi avait un problème! Bref, tous ces points n'ôtent pas le sentiment de propreté lorsqu'on rentre dans la chambre. Et,au final,surtout ,ne demandez pas vue sur la place, vous ne dormiriez pas, merci les bars ouverts jusqu'à pas d'heures et dont le public apprécie particulièrement l'ambiance bruyante!
