It was very convenient and perfect for roaming the city.

If you are traveling by bicycle, this is the place to go. Secure and covered bike parking in the back yard. Central location right next to the train station yet quiet at night. Amenities are awesome, with pool and laundry facilities. We had a full kitchen it the room. Highly recommended.

I thought it was pretty good. Aside from the lack of air conditioning and a hairdryer, which was a little inconvenient, everything else was satisfactory. The location is excellent; there's a small entrance next to Tours train station, just a short walk across the street and around the corner to reach the hotel. It's incredibly close to the train station; the next morning, it was only five minutes from my room to the platform. Not only is it convenient to get to the train station, but it's also a 20-minute walk to Tours Cathedral and the riverbank. There's also a light rail station downstairs. The front desk staff were very welcoming, greeting me every time I entered or left. The room was large and spacious. It even had an iron, vacuum cleaner, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and cookware. The bathroom was also very large. The only drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning, but thankfully Tours wasn't hot during my stay, and it was cool enough with the window open. There was also no hairdryer, but thankfully my hair is short and dried quickly.

Friendly welcome even if they don't explain where the swimming pool is. Very nice apartment with everything you need. The sofa bed was an eyesore, even with the mattress on the floor. They need to be changed. Otherwise the swimming pool is great. The hotel is in a great location!

Good morning, We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The cleaning lady did not come once, neither to clean, nor to give us clean towels.

The welcome is horrible, being a receptionist myself in a hotel, I strongly advise against this hotel

An incredible and unique experience at this hotel. The plus is the heated swimming pool. I highly recommend.

The front desk service was very good. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator, which was good. But there was no hair dryer and slippers, which was not very convenient.

The service is not good, maybe it is worth the price, but the stay was not pleasant, especially the woman at check-in!

The aparthotel is good, the bed comfortable and the bathroom correct, we had one on a ground floor and it had no ventilation or air conditioning, only a small fan, they had also smoked in the room and it smelled of tobacco. Breakfast was quite good
