Répatis sur 2 chambres : pas de rideau de douche, ampoules grillées, joints de douche noirs, chauffage de sdb hs, bref un manque d'entretien apparent. Femme de ménage absente, soit disant pour notre petit séjour, le sol sous le lit indique que l'absence est plus longue que 2 jours. On nous a offert un petit dej pour compenser.

hôtel des année 2000, vieux, cher, repas à la va-vite aucun choix de plat, déjeune correct, chambre et douche a faite complètement, la même chambre depuis des années . je ne reviendrai plus si aucun travaux est effectués. désolé c'est pas mon genre de critiqué mais quand je paye 94€ en soirée étape j'attends autre chose

Nous avions passé la nuit précédente dans un Campanile à Strasbourg où tout était correct, quelle déception dans celui-ci, ma belle fille et mon fils, un bébé ont du faire changer leur chambre, draps pas propres, lit pour enfant glissé sous le lit avec une couverture remplie de poussière, leur deuxième chambre etait plus correcte mais toujours des problèmes de propretés. Pour la mienne, drap de lit ok, matelas complément défoncé et incomfortable, ne parlons pas de l'état de la salle de bain, moissisures, poils dans les sanitaires.... A cette periode de Noël, imposdible de changer d'hôtel tout etait complet.
