Really couldn't be better. Book on their site directly for benefits. Amenities, happy hour, breakfast. A likable chain.

The room is fully equipped and clean. the hot springs is very nice. Breakfast is very healthy. Overall experience is great .

It was a little disappointing that the bedding was dirty. But they fixed it right away, which was good. It was a shame that there were spider webs on the outside of the window.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable with a choice of pillows. The free breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of items. I was a little disappointed that I had to wait because I couldn't keep up with the replenishment of side dishes, but overall it was good. This was my second stay. I like the style of being able to go directly to and from the room without having to go through the front desk. It was a relaxing and quiet environment. Breakfast was also delicious. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

早餐位置稍為不足，其他都還行，附近有現代美術館，步行只需七分鍾左右，很方便。 這旅館還有湯可泡，小歸小，能舒緩一天的痠痛

十和田的位置比較偏，為了去奧入瀨定的，但最後發現其實從八户坐bus其實更方便些
