It's pretty good, offering great value for money. The only downside is that it's quite a long walk to the train station. However, the staff service is excellent, the hotel facilities are complete, and it's overall a great deal.

Great value for money! The room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is the free parking, which made our stay much more convenient. The price was very affordable compared to the size of the room and the facilities provided. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with large rooms and free parking, this is definitely a great choice. I would happily stay here again.

Nice and quiet stay, room is large and well equipped, and free parking is available too, very convenient spot if you are renting a car and plan to visit nearby cities

We give it 100% for the bath with salts and the TV. The room is spacious, the massager is superb, and all the amenities are included: pajamas, toothbrushes/pastes, and a comb. There's a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. The coffee was delicious. And all the little touches... very nice... thank you 🫶

Given the very affordable price I paid, the room was spacious and the facilities were decent, so I found it generally acceptable. However, the cleanliness was truly appalling. There were white stains on the black sheet covering the mattress, and the massage chair also appeared to have traces of some liquid. Considering this is a love hotel, it was pretty clear what these stains were. Furthermore, the duvet was excessively thick; even with the AC set to 19 degrees Celsius, I still woke up sweating every morning. There were no power outlets by the bed, and the lighting controls were all-or-nothing – you couldn't adjust individual lights. On the positive side, the disposable amenities were quite well-stocked. I strongly urge them to prioritize cleanliness, especially since it's a love hotel. Otherwise, guests will undoubtedly feel very uneasy.

This place was packaged nicely and I didn’t actually know that it was a love hotel. Tried to request for a partial refund of days I wasn’t staying at the hotel but unfortunately was declined. The hotel is extremely far from the main area of Osaka, walking 18-20 mins alone to the subway and from the subway to the hotel just isn’t it. Also accounting that you most probably are taking public transportation to the accommodation, might be tiresome to get to the hotel. Oh interestingly, there’s a slot machine in your room too?

My wife and I have been in 43 countries and it was the worst one we have ever seen. It’s a love hotel (which is totally okay) and it was extremely dirty. We payed around 600€ for 3 nights for 2 rooms. We drove about 5 hours to Osaka and we were really so tired. When we arrived, we couldn’t breathe in the room because of the cigarette smell. we have stayed in many smoking rooms, but this one… it was really terrible. The ventilation system didn’t work properly, so we couldn’t sleep at all. And then, we saw many sperms and hairs on the bed. We guess, it was hourly booked before us and they didn’t change the bed sheets. It was extremely disgusting. Then we communicated with the trip.com, they talked with the hotel and they didn’t accept to pay the money back. They offered an upgrade and cleaning service, but we couldn’t accept it, because it was really so disgusting. And then, we needed to pay another 350€ (3 days Osaka accommodation was 950€ for 3 people at the end 😂) for an another hotel. I would love to rate 0, even 0 is really good for that service. IF YOU BOOK YOUR ROOM HOURLY, DON’T FORGET TO CHANGE THE BED SHEETS!!

Be warned this is a love hotel and is very seedy. The furnishings are dated. You can't check in until 1800, presumably as the rooms are being used in the afternoon. The rooms aren't clean

Really big rooms and really great service. A little dirty but is really good if you need a large room whit large bath.

Best hotel ever experiences in Osaka, Japan. Big and full with facilities and amenities. Breakfast everyday sent to your room and suoer nice! The only cons is the area, far from station need to walk everyday. Anyway its a good exercises hahaha

Clean hotel room with all types of amenities and facilities especially for couples. The location is a little far from nearest metro station.
