The hotel is located a short distance from Kinosaki Main Street; however, a complimentary shuttle bus provides convenient transport to the local hot springs (a coupon would be offered to try the local hot springs in free of charge). The Main Street is approximately a 10-minute walk away. The property features excellent public onsen facilities and is new and well maintained. Service is exemplary, and the staff members provide clear explanations of all available amenities. Kimonos are provided for guests to wear. The shuttle bus driver is notably helpful. We selected Kobe Beef for dinner, the quality of the beef was outstanding, though the portion size was modest, despite which we found the meal satisfying. The breakfast was also excellent. The only drawback was that the hotel requested we check out before 10:30, whereas I recall the reservation stating an 11:00 checkout time.

The hotel is far from the center of the city. You have to take the hotel bus to city.. The check out time is too early. Breakfast and dinner are too ordinary.

The service was very thoughtful. The outdoor onsen was more beautiful and comfortable than any of the public baths. The only minor drawback was that the futon in the Japanese-style room was a bit short; at 185cm, my feet stuck out from under the covers.

We stayed for 1 night and enjoyed the outdoor onsan very much! The service was excellent. We would definitely recommend!

This is a lovely place to stay, a little bit away from the Kinosaki Walking Street, but not too far, an easy walk. It's also close to the Kinosaki Ropeway. The onsen at the hotel is beautiful, and you also get free passes to the public onsens in Kinosaki.

It takes some walk to the busy main road. But the shuttle service is good. The hotel and everything is new, the in house hot spring is also very nice but only a small soda machine at the hot spring area. Would be nice if there’s more selection of snacks/drinks post hot spring. Very nice dinner menu, detailed design and impressive presentation.

The staff is VERY polite and careful, the place is clean and fancy, the onsen is big and pretty. The restaurant is amazing, a really delicious food.

Hotel were a little off from center but they provide shuttle bus. Staffs were so superb and helpful with good to comunicated in English. Onsens were good, food was good with local delicacy. Highly recommend to stay.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and spoke English. I especially liked the outdoor hot spring. The experience was a positive one.

Service is good. Staffs are very friendly and courteous. Room is spacious and nice onsen. However we didn't enjoy the Dinner and Breakfast. Probably not use to it.
