Sanco Inn Toyota

My stay at Sanco Inn Toyota was generally pleasant. The only downside is that it’s quite far from the nearest convenience store, but aside from that, everything was great. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, especially Ms. Watanabe at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and helpful when I needed to extend my stay, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding—every staff member, including the kitchen team, was exceptionally polite and attentive. We were especially impressed that staff waited at the lift lobby to greet guests with a respectful 90-degree bow, which truly reflects the high standard of Japanese hospitality. During our 10 days in Japan, we stayed at several hotels, and this one clearly stood out for its amenities and service quality. The breakfast was simple yet enjoyable, done well without trying too hard. Both kids and adults loved the comic corner, even though we couldn’t understand Japanese—it was still a fun and unique experience. The pillow bar was another thoughtful touch that added to the comfort of our stay. The location is excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance, and the availability of free parking is a big plus. Overall, this hotel left a strong impression on us, and I would confidently recommend it to friends and family.
