Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.

1.因為到了酒店前台接待説房間已經滿了，沒法安排給我住，讓我住另外一家酒店，實際入住的是Nazar酒店（相應的配圖也是Nazar酒店）
2.Nazar酒店的主要是問題是設施老化，房間裏面還有一股子濃重的煙味，衞生過得去，早餐不錯。
3.Karayel酒店涉嫌誤導消費者，因為該酒店用的整棟建築圖片是當地的一棟歷史建築（非該酒店本身），且房間的圖片可能用較好房型的圖片，而不是你預訂的房型的實際圖片，還請預訂平台對其進行監督。

الغرفة اثاثها قديم والشمس تدخل عليك من الشباك والحمام مكسور الكرسي ونوره طافي والسباكه خربانه المويه ناقعه فيه . غير جيد ابدا الحسنه الوحيده الموقع فقط .

Le monsieur à la réception était fâché et a commencé à crier quand il y a eu un malentendu sur le paiement. Il ne voulait pas que je paie en euros, alors que ce n'était pas précisé à l'avance. Il a insisté pour un paiement en livres turques, mais avec un taux de change plus élevé que le prix affiché. Ce n'était pas une expérience agréable.
