I have stayed at many Hampton Inns. This location had the room numbers falling in the hallways, my door damaged, may bathroom would not lock, the sink was such that anytime it was used you would have to mop up water on the counter. At breakfast I had to go to the front desk and ask for someone to refill almost everything. No waffle mix, no syrup, no sugar, no milk etc. I received a cold response as if I was being pushy. If they don't want the job, they should find another. The pool had no towels, the exercise room left you in the dark on a treadmill after 5 minutes because the motion detector didn't pick me up. Also the surprise $25 early check in fee. Really, one hour early? I think I will find another hotel to give $550 too. I can't believe you would stick me for another $25.
