We had a great stay! My husband and I took our two kids and two of their friends for a quick spring break trip. The house was just as described, very clean and easily accessible. The owners were very gracious and quick to respond. We had a couple tiny questions and they addressed them immediately- going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Our kids had a blast. We highly recommend Kevin & April’s place!!

Christmas Break
This is a really great family friendly house. It is smaller and intimate, modern style and was a perfect fit for our family of 5 plus my parents. I have 3 boys so the bunkroom, gameroom and outdoor area was a big hit. Beautiful land, the turf area, fire pit, pickleball and basketball court and access to kayaks for the lake made it perfect for us to really enjoy our time away. It would be great to go back in warmer weather to really take advantage of the lake. It was so relaxing and calming. The property owners were responsive and kind and of course the xbox was a win. This property was just what we needed with something for all of us.

Top tier rental experience
The owners of this property really did it right. Clean, well-stocked, close to town yet a far away feeling...our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids) came out for a low-key New Years and had a great time. Everyone had a bed, the house is clean, the walk to the lake is scenic and there are more amenities than you could use in a weekend. As I told the owner as we departed, one of my top experiences renting a home. Thanks for a great trip!

Best of both worlds!
Perfect location and home amenities for quick route to shopping or fun around the house.
We enjoyed the pickleball court during the day and the fire pit for s’mores at night. And when it rained a bit, we played ping pong, darts and Ms Pac Man inside.
A great Thanksgiving week and a great kitchen setup for cooking our meal.
Of all the homes we’ve rented over Thanksgiving week in Austin, this was our favorite!
