Clean, safe, and quiet. If I have to say something critical, the shower was not very strong, and the bed was a little mushy and uneven. Otherwise no complaints.

After a long disappointing night. We ended up here and were greeted with a smile. Service was excellent and very accommodating. He found a room on the top floor away from everything that would be quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

We booked this hotel last minute and only stayed one night. I had zero expectations other than proximity to a sporting event. Having said that, this establishment was a true gem. Everything is so clean, smells amazing and the staff is super friendly. I even had an opportunity to try out the fitness center and was really pleased with the machines.
The room accommodations were beyond my wildest hope. The bathroom was huge in our 2 Queen room. The beds were comfortable, plenty of USB ports for charging and a truly innovative closet/fridge storage space.
I highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the KoP area.

It's nice to have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the shower, however, the labeling is poor. Folks with glasses, like me, don't usually wear them in the shower. The small font and low contrast print on the bottles made using the proper product a bit of a guessing game.

This place was the singularly worst hotel experience I have ever had. I am a senior citizen and I have had many!!! When I arrived mid afternoon there was a large contingent of floor cleaners with multiple hoses coming in the front door. Water everywhere. When I got to the elevator, there was more standing water in the elevator. Am employee rode the elevator with all the guests due to volume of water. I am a handicapped American, and was barely able to get to my room. I was there to meet a dear friend of 67 years, and she came over to visit in my room. She was on a walker and had to stay seated in the walker to get to our room. Water everywhere. We started chatting and enjoying being to gether when the loudest fire alarms went off for a test! It was screeching and horrendously loud. And it would NOT STOP! We had to leave the hotel and go into my car in the parking lot to sit and chat! You should have paid me to stay there. Not me pay you for this debacle experience. SHME ON YOU

Our room could have been cleaner and there was not enough towels, soap etc left by the maid. You have to ask to have your room serviced now and that is so inconvenient for your guests. The breakfast offered was sub par.

All of the staff were warm and welcoming. They were prompt in their responses and service.
We were missing a lamp on one of the bedsides and the bolt lock was broken, but for the most part, it was a comfortable stay. Thank you to the staff ❤️
