"Unfortunately, it was a negative experience, not so much for the property (which is certainly good), but rather for the additional services. The apartments are new and located about a 10-minute walk from Trento's central station, so the sights are easily accessible even without a car. We arrived in Trento at 2:00 PM with check-in scheduled for 3:00 PM. At that point, we called to ask if we could still access the property (there's no concierge, check-in is done remotely, everything is done via the app). The girl replied that check-in was strictly at 3:00 PM and couldn't be earlier. She didn't even try to get us earlier, or even ask if we wanted to drop off our bags in the meantime. Nothing at all. In the end, we grabbed our bags and went to look for a place to spend the hour. Finally, at 3:00 PM, not a minute early, the doors unlocked. We entered and immediately noticed the lack of a breakfast menu for the next day. At that point, I called, and the same girl told us that since the management changed (three years ago), breakfast was no longer provided, but if we wanted, we could have breakfast at a bar in Trento using the voucher they left on the table for us (not even free, but simply with a small discount), or use the coffee machine in the kitchen (with counted pods: 4 pods counted for two people, for the two-day stay...). Another surprise: we go to the Buonconsiglio museum and at the ticket office they ask us if we have the Trento Card, automatically available to all those who stay in Trento and which entitles us to a discount on access to the various attractions, another phone call to the girl from Heart of Trento, who candidly tells us that she forgot to inform us of the discount and to send us the code for this card.... this is to say that in terms of customer service we are far from a minimum sufficiency."

We stayed two nights in a room with a private outdoor bathroom. The spacious and functional bathroom was just in front of the room with a The king size beds and really comfortable coats, together with a real soundproofing, have provided us with an exceptional rest. that, in addition to the drinks and snack distributor, offers the opportunity to prepare coffee and teas.
