Very convenient, if you want to go to Venice, you can live here, 100 meters away is the train station, to Venice Central Station for half an hour! ! The surrounding area is also very characteristic old city, the old city is surrounded by water! Tyramisu came from here first, the food is very delicious

I cannot recommend this hotel at all. They do not take their customers seriously and they are happy to sell a product they do not have. Explanation: We had booked the hotel for a single day. We booked it because they advertised their SPA / Pool area which looked great, but when we arrived in the afternoon the whole area was closed down, big disappoin**ent when you have been driving for a long time and just needed to relax. There was a sign at the check-in counter that the pool will be closed on the 6/8, but we arrived the day before and it was closed. Nothing was written in the confirmation mail from them. If so we would have canelled and found another hotel. In addition to this huge minus which they will not refund, there were other problems with the hotel: • Could not get hot water for the bathtub, so we could not enjoy that either. • An air conditioner that can only go down to 22 degrees, is not comfortable when you have to sleep. • On the other hand, it was so cold in their restaurant in the morning that you froze while sitting there. • The breakfast was terrible. Day-old bread, half-rotten fruit, bacon that was either not fried or it was burnt. • For lunch we could only choose one dish from their menu which otherwise looked delicious - on paper. Normally I do not write bad reviews, but the hotel has been contacted several times and will not give any form of compensation nor do the take any responsibility at all, therefore I have chosen to describe my experience. I also met 2 others at the hotel the day we were there and they had the same experience.

This price, such a hotel is very rare. The room is large, the facilities are perfect and very comfortable. The traffic is great relative to the airport, the hotel will help to pay the car, go to the airport later, pay 20 euros by yourself.

Pacchetto ”Fuga romantica” già utilizzato anni fà stavolta però camera standard abbastanza malandata (niente cassaforte, lampada bagno bruciata, lampada sul letto staccata) la volta precedente era vista lago; zona wellness a pagamento la volta precedente era compresa, massaggio THAI sempre spettacolare e rilassante, cena THAI con tempi lunghissimi pur non essendoci una grande affluenza (1 antipasto, 1 primo, 1 secondo) ”2 ore” il caffè l'ho preso al banco per stanchezza. Peccato il posto è sempre spettacolare e la struttura magnifica anche se mostra i primi segni del tempo

We have stayed there for 5 nights. Room was dated, looked like time has stopped there in the 90s and cleanliness level was average as well. The staff were kind and helpful in general but their service quality should be better, they didn't clean the stain on the floor for 2 days and the last day we even ran out of toilet paper which shouldn't have had happend even in a 2 star hotel... There was working A/C and a small fridge which was a plus. Breakfast was good, however some products had gone fast like cheese or ham and we had to wait for a while till they bring more. The biggest pros were location, hotel is just a few steps from train station from where you can get to Venice Santa Lucia station in approx. 25 min and reasonable price.

Absolutely love this hotel. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Clean, modern, tech savvy! Close to everything with a train. David was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some fantastic recommendations for what to do, so if like us you were stuck please ask for him. The free parking is great too. The only feedback I would give is some warm items for breakfast! Thank you to the cleaner who made sure our room was tidy and filled with the things we needed. Denise, Jildas and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately cannot remember were very helpful too! This hotel actually understands what hospitality is. If you’re visiting Venice but don’t want the hustle and bustle but convenience this is for you!

I have just returned home from my holiday in Italy. This hotel was was one of my stops and I like to share my experience. All of the staff at this Crowne Plaza were incredible and helpful. Without doubt one of friendliest staff! Upon arrival a female receptionist welcomed us friendly in good understandable englisch: She answered our questions, gives us a city map and explained us the facilities. The Restaurant manager and his team were extremely friendly and very flexible (appreciated this!). The waiters were so kind and were fulfilling all extra requests. At the end, and upon Checkout, I was pleased to meet the General Manager. I appreciated her way to provide a good leadership and how is she supporting the guest service department. Note, this is not a 4 stars hotel. I would like to add the 5th star because of the good staff. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for you because you did a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Already planning my next visit to the hotel! In Love!

Location 10-15 minutes of Venezia Mestre, good service, wifi connection, good breakfast. To visit Venezia is a great and cheaper option than the islands (obsly)
