Perfect locarion, very close to the city center and at the same time far away from the city noise. Very clean and cosy rooms, delicious breakfast and nice atmosphere. It feels really like a home. If I have a chance to go again to Trier, I would definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel is very good, the front desk service is in place, the restaurant staff also helped us cut the cooked food, which solved the small problems of our family's journey, which was very heartwarming. Parking is also convenient, our good memories.

The parking lot that comes with it has very few parking spaces, and the front desk staff suggested that we park in the nearby parking lot for a fee of 2 euros. There was a bed that could be opened on the wall behind the sofa. We booked two beds when we booked, but the hotel forgot to put the bed in place. The staff was asked to operate and the staff apologized. Breakfast is quite rich. Luggage can be stored at the front desk. At the time of check-out, the staff must provide us with an English version of the proof of payment, but Ctrip is only Chinese, and the Ctrip website is replaced with the Chinese language. I have been working on this for a long time! Isn't the entire process Ctrip not agreed with the hotel? A lot of wasted time.

Since all the attractions were closed the day before yesterday, I didn't see the former residence of Marx, who had the highest expectations for the trip to Germany. I was not reconciled and returned! The hotel’s breakfast is good and rich, as well as instant noodles. When checking in, the front desk asked the hotel to email the reservation form received when booking the hotel, and emphasized the importance. This 20-day trip to Germany is the only one that needs to send a reservation form to the hotel. Please pay attention to check-in

We had a 2 night stay at this lovely boutique hotel in Trier. Excellent location in the heart of Trier with the sights and restaurants/bars all within easy walking distance. Parking was in a public car park just a short walk from the hotel. Superb bedroom with a very comfortable bed, good pillows, fluffy towels, bathrobes and a wide range of toiletries. A bowl of fruit, some chocolates and bottled water awaited us in our room on arrival. We were on the second floor in a room with a bay window overlooking the street. This was one of the best hotel bedrooms we have ever stayed in and we are seasoned travellers! Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of fresh fruit and continental style offering. Eggs, in any form, were cooked to order. All washed down with fresh juice or Alsace fizz and plenty of coffee/tea. We had dinner in the cellar restaurant one night. Superb food and excellent service by the waiting staff. All of the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If we return to Trier we would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended

The main advantages are the location, being a five minute walk from the main rail station and very large rooms. I imagine that the hotel was very glamourous some years ago, but it is now an ageing hotel with some charms. The rooms do not have a fridge - the space is now sealed sghut, and the safe wasn’t operative. The bed is an issue - there are two old single beds pushed together and there are separate bed covers for each, which are not nice for a couple. The room has a lot to offer with a lounge and two comfortable chairs, in an era when rooms are tiny and have no chairs or amenities. Ideally, the hotel needs upgrading and renovating but the cost is reasonable and it does offer good value. The staff were friendly and I liked this hotel more than the more modern, boxy hotels we stayed at in several other cities on this trip.

We offer the perfect location for every event, with a short 20-minute walk to the Arena Trier and the Mosel Stadium just around the corner. You can reach the train station of Trier by cab within 8 minutes or by plane to the Luxembourg Airport, which is only 39 km away from our hotel.

Room is cleaned 1x every 3 days and the hand towels used are then discarded, so a nice mountain was dirty on the floor, not a pleasant face.
No ventilation in the room, window can be at a ventilation stand, but if the room is on the front ( street side), the sound of traffic of the busy street is ALL ALL, the window must remain close but no fresh air is not fine.
Too few parking places, really a disaster, and so ask when checking out: whether your car is in a HOTEL Parking,(and so money for questions) No, of course not, they are certainly insufficient.

Nells Park has various types of rooms (as regards size and luxury) and my room was a beautiful middle mother. Not very big but fine. The bathroom was a little bit on the small side and the shower cabin can be renovated but it was also good. There are 2 sauna cabins and a steam cabin; good temperature and wellness is very clean. One point of the hotel is the location. It is at least half an hour walk to the centre of Trier. But that means you're sleeping quietly, and that's very nice!

The staff are great here - upon checkin the Manger helped contact Enterprise for our rental car pickup. This was so helpful. we chose the hotel to be close to the rental car. The hotel feels modern and room were a pretty good size. Only drawback is the hotel is far into town. We did walk it - took about 20 minutes one way. so good to get exercise, but a little far. but it is easy to navigate - down one street to Porta Nigra. The hotel was great for one night, but if you want to spend more time in old town Trier, this might be a bit far.

Very Good
The apartment is in a great location, directly in the second row of a residential complex on the Moselle. The apartment is very nice, new and tastefully furnished. A very well-equipped kitchenette was available. Vinegar/oil, salt/pepper shakers were available. There is a bakery right next to the house entrance. We were travelling by bike and so the location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the wine region. Beds are comfortable, bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo and soap were also available. Towels were also available. We felt very comfortable. The only small downside is that there was hair in the bathroom from previous guests and that a little more love should have been put into cleaning the apartment in general. It is unpleasant to come across other people's paper waste. The dust on the bathroom lamp was unfortunately impossible to miss. The cleaner should have noticed that.
GGeorge HHotel Porta Nigra has a great location very close to the famous Roman gate and the old city. Unfortunately, if you book on Expedia you are told that the hotel has parking, but not that you have to book it separately. So we arrived and were told there was no hotel parking available and that we would have to pay Euro 15 per night to use the public parking at the Mercure nearby. I don't blame the hotel, but this should have been clear on the Expedia site. Be prepared and contact the hotel in advance if you want to use their parking facilities. We had a spacious family apartment on the ground floor - large and spacious with a kitchenette and dining table, fridge. Great. Unfortunately the hotel Wifi only extends one metre inside the room, so you can only access it from the bathroom or from the coat cupboard. This is rather annoying as you can imagine Breakfast was fine but the coffee maker used powdered milk rather than fresh so you are better off avoidingh the cappuccino and latte options from the machine. Housekeeping service was minimal. Front desk staff are friendly.
GGuest UserThe location behind the main station, but without direct access, requires 30 minutes walk to both the station and the city centre. The rooms are rather small, but convenient and functional. The staff was great, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very good for a short stay and the parking was free.
刘刘Small hotels in small towns, the whole town is within an hour’s walk, so even if the hotel is slightly remote (on the other side of the river), it does not affect too much. The heating in the room is relatively good, and the attitude of the waiter is the same as the arrogant German. Anyway, if the positioning is a budget hotel, the requirements are not particularly high, not bad.
Eeagertraveller123This is a very well-located hotel, 15 min to the train station, 10 min to the river or porta nigra. Easy to reach the hiking point for a great panoramic view (35 min). The room was fine, even big, for one person - the bathroom felt small, but the shower was powerful and temperature was great. I was cold, in spite of the functioning heater, and could have used another blanket (I procured some extra towels instead). Love the fact that there’s a mini fridge - would have preferred it to be empty. Reception is not manned 24/7 but they usually seem to be happy to keep luggage and be helpful. I wasn’t too happy that my emails were not responded to, and my calls kept going to voicemail, which is why I didn’t give 5 stars. Didn’t try breakfast, but there are lots of eateries nearby.
