My stay in this hotel was the WORST experience I had in my life. I stayed in this hotel with my aged father during my trip to Trimbakeshwar Jyotirling Mandir. 1. The bed was full of BEDBUGS (khatmal) due to which we could not sleep whole night. 2. The flush in washroom was not working. 3. The ceiling fan was not working properly. 4. The walls were very dirty with stinking stains all over. 5. Towels and other toiletries were not provided. The manager was not at all cooperative and flatly refused to change the room or refund after charging me Rs. 3000 for this pathetic room. I hope this honest feedback of nightmarish experience of mine will help other travelers to make a better and wise decision of not staying in this hotel.
