The owner was rude, very unfriendly and calling his clients liars. It’s very unclean, the sheets weren’t fitting so we have to sleep on the bare mattress. The showers waseither cold or burning hot. The price for a washing machine is 8000 for 1kg (while everywhere else it’s only 500..) Do not recommend. Run away.

I had a bad experience with them. When I arrived at the hotel, they said they didn’t have my booking and that there were no rooms available as well. They wanted us to cancel the booking ourselves on the Trip.com platform. When we mentioned that cancelling on the same day would still require us to pay for the room through the app, they communicated with a nearby inn to find a room for us. However, the room they found was of a lower standard and price than what we had paid for them. Since we arrived late and were very tired, we didn’t want to argue with them and accepted their offer. It seems they had overbooked their hotel, which appears to be their common practice, forcing late arrivals to cancel their bookings or stay at a lower-grade inn nearby as a substitute. I had a really bad experience with this inn. I used to enjoy using Trip.com to book my accommodations, but this experience has significantly affected my attitude toward using the app in the future. This inn performed poorly, and I believe Trip.com should provide better oversight of the accommodations they partner with.

This is an excellent hotel, especially for the price. It has all the facilities you need, and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were the best part of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I wanted to go dolphin watching, and they arranged everything for me. They organized a tuk-tuk to pick us up from the hotel, take us to the boat, and bring us back afterwards, which made the whole experience completely hassle-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely be coming back. 10/10!

This is one of the best options of a budget accomodation in Trincomalee with a certain quality level. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good, but not diverse. So one time in 4 days we have chosen for a breakfast in a cafe nearby for a change. Very friendly staff! All our problems have been solved. Special thanks for a very early check-in without any surcharge. Many restaurants and some little shops nearby. Ca 7 minutes walking distance to a nice beach.
