Hotels near Marble Beach, Trincomalee

We vacationed with our family in August. We loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They responded to all our requests and tried to help. The hotel was clean. The showers were warm. The breakfasts were standard. You won't go hungry. Nilaveli Beach is about 400-500 meters from the hotel. It's along the road, so it's not a big deal. We stayed for two days and didn't experience any discomfort. We recommend the hotel for a couple of days.

I thought it was a hotel, but it's more like a B&B. The price is a bit high, there are not many rooms, and the location is quite remote, but the scenery is OK, and the food is really, really delicious.

This excellent hotel is really a resort. It is off the beaten path, but worth the extra travel time to get there. The staff are very friendly and the food at both restaurants is very good. There is easy access to the beach and it’s quiet. We were there for new years. I highly recommend it!

The hotel gave a lot of surprises. The performance after sunset was very ceremonial, with strong Sri Lankan local dances and songs, allowing you to immerse yourself in the teardrop of the Indian Ocean.

The Sunstar hotel is very nice and clean, with the pool area. The hotel was about 10 min walk from the stunning Nilaveli beach. The staff at the Sunstar Hotel were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that all of our needs were met throughout our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sunstar Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nilaveli.

Spacious apartment, perfect location next to the beautiful beach of Nilaveli. Several restaurants and activity centers close by. We loved it!

Welcome to Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. Nice hotel with great swimming pool. Hotel is close to the beach, you can walk there very fast. Service was good, friendly and kind staff with great English language skills. My friend and she's family really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Swimming pool, also to childrens pool was very nice size and well maintained, very clean water and surrounding.
