I always welcome an upcoming stay at Fave Hotel. I find the staff pleasant and helpful, who now recognize me as a regular and make an extra effort to greet me and provide any necessary assistance. The hotel room is new and clean, with all necessary amenities. The location is serene and peaceful, yet near to the places to which I regularly travel. When I ask to have food items stored in the hotel's chiller, the staff is always obliging. I find the hotel offers Western food in its restaurant, an unusual feature here in Indonesia, and one which I welcome. I won't stop coming to Fave when I am in Cilacap.

Order non smoking, room 517 was smells of smoke a lot then I as to change to another room. Next time staff should be check the room first before customer come.
Other than that is okay.

Hotel yang sangat selesa dan staf yang sangat ramah. Bilik agak selesa ttp sempit sedikit. Bau bilik wangi dan menyenangkan. Paling kelakar.. malam2 staf call, mas kami ada buat perkhidmatan urut. #seram.. haha

Hotel dengan lokasi yang tidak jauh dari pusat keramaian, fasilitas cukup memadai ada Kolam Renang dan Gym, petugas ramah dan sopan. Untuk lebih menjaga kebersihan toilet sebaiknya kerak air dapat dihilangkan agar tidak semakin menumpuk
