It features a kitchen, family room, dining room, loft, three bedrooms (two queens/one king) each with a private bath, sitting area, and Smart TV. The loft area has a queen size sofa sleeper and Smart TV. Walking distance to town park, restaurants, and grocery stores. This is for the rental of the Main Floor and Upstairs of the house. There is a private apartment in the basement. The house was perfect for us. Its about 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome state park. The kitchen had everything we needed for several meals, and we were easily able to walk to a couple of restaurants. The house was clean, and well labeled (light switches, remotes, ets) which made it easier to enjoy. We would stay here again.

What a wonderful stay! We were three couples heading to Bryce Canyon and stayed here for 2 nights. The host was very communicative and helpful. He allowed us to drop one car at the home before we officially checked in, so we could take one car into the park. The place is fantastic. It had everything we needed. On our second night we bought dinner fixings and grilled on the beautiful back patio. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend for anyone!

This is a beautiful home. Toiletries were well stocked. We stayed in a few places on our trip and everyone loved the house better than the last. The hosts were very friendly and answered our questions quickly. Checkout was very easy and quick. We have no complaints. The area and home is gorgeous!

Very nice space, feels brand new. Disappointed on Saturday, the owners decided to lay new grass. Basically felt they were having a gathering in the back yard with loads of friends, dogs and music. We could not use the space and needed to close blinds for privacy. Bleep sound throughout the night from fridge in primary bedroom as well as uncomfortable pillows was not great. Otherwise, all the appointments were very nice, clean and attractive.
