A wonderful waitess named Hannah decided to ruin my evening with friends, accusing me of being aggressive with her when at only one point I had a handshake with her during my brief moment when introduced. Apparently this is something the local bartenders do to the "new' people in town at the Lakeside. I was attacked verbally and embarressed. It was my first time in there to enjoy a Moms night out. I left disappointed and in tears wondering why I was back in high school. Ruined my experience, will not be returning with my family nor my friends who visit often. We had a lovely rest of the evening at Naughty Pine and they had everything on the menu and were not out of food, like we encounterd at Lakeside. Again.

Not surprised to see this motel for sale. Hopefully new owners won’t run it into the ground and improve on rooms and lack of food services. The nicest thing about the resort was the gift shop and bar area. Of course grounds are pretty but poor access to water and trains walking us up all night. No coffee even. Had to go across street. No amenities to speak of. Refrigerator didn’t even close well.

Still disappointing … Now closed a couple days per week I expected the food and service would be good when they are open . Nope. Still lousy. We won’t go back . Third time in that last four months still bad. Kitchen was slow, service was slow , food tasteless and cold .
