Motel 6 Troutdale, or - Portland East

I got what I expected from Motel 6. The price was right, the room was clean, and the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. No complaints

I lived in room 141. When i entered it was very stinky. I called the front desk and ask can they change my room, person said no rooms available. I asked, can I at least get room freshener? He surprisingly said, No we don't have it. He didn't say or feel sorry for what I was feeling...I had no other choice but to stay in that stinky room for a night.

Just a place to stay, not bad just okay. Room had a smell to it like cigarettes. Motel is right by the railroad tracks. Pool looked nice, rained when we were there. Nothing fancy about it. For the price it was okay.

Be careful of the guy who works at night he will be on some bs with you even tho u don't do anything wrong the office called my room and said do I know my brother I said yes the office then asked if it was ok to send him to my room I said yes that was ok then the night time guy comes in to work and tells me that I have to get my things and leave because I have a unregistered guest but I left anyway no problem then I go back to get another room by myself with no one else around they hurryed up and put a dnr on me there that's unexpected and wrong way bad service

The location near DT Troutdale was nice…but the hotel itself was not great. Mattress was uncomfortable. No air conditioning. And during checkout…the desk staff gave me a key to a room that was occupied. Then gave a key to MY room to another patron. Definitely made me feel less safe as a solo female traveler

You get what pay for. SMH. No Ac/ it blew hot air only. Pool was closed for maintenance Not a family friendly place even in a pinch Fighting, yelling and heavy police presence.

No refrigerator, no room service daily, no hot water for shower, air blow but not cool enough. Just bed.

The staff was super kind and informative. However, the room was not maintained well compared to my last visit, which was 10+ years ago. No fridge, no microwave, all power outlets were covered up. The most uncomfortable things were: 1. The entire room smells like a lavatory. 2. The assigned room is just next to the railroad, which woke me up every single hour overnight. Never stay there again.

No Air conditioner no housekeeping pool floor qas brown had to go to front desk to get my own towels internet was spotty to moat terrible stay ever in my life
