We mistakenly booked the hotel in the wrong area, and a non-refundable reservation. A minute after the reservation we requested to cancel through the website where we made the booking - but a few hours later we received a refusal from the hotel - that is - they took money without our stay
We have no way to really rate this hotel. It can be excellent and it can be bad
The approach was not appropriate and therefore we were disappointed

Un hotel muy bonito y el personal muy amable. Al spa al final no fuimos porque llegábamos algo tarde de las rutas de trekking. Desayuno espectacular, tipo buffet y todo estaba realmente bueno. El lugar muy tranquilo. Camas enormes, he descansado como no hacía tiempo. Desde luego pienso volver.

Em termos gerais, o quarto e o hotel estão perfeitamente enquadrados no esperado por um hotel de 4 estrelas. Só não percebemos porque ainda se usa banheira nos quartos.
Em relação ao pequeno almoço, estava tudo bom, mas a variedade era relativa, apenas boa, não era nada de outro mundo!
Quanto ao SPA, o jacuzzi estava com a água morna, mais fria que a própria agua da piscina...talvez por alguma questão técnica momentânea.
A limpeza geral estava boa, no entanto, o banho turco carece de uma higienização mais profunda, porque depois de usar o banho turco fiquei cheio de comichão no corpo, pés, mãos e costas, possivelmente por causa de fungos.

Eu acabei comprando um voucher errado para minha família e eu e no mesmo momento que percebi o erro entrei em contato com a equipe do hotel. Fui extremamente mau atendido e a pessoa sem nenhuma vontade de resolver meu problema. Logo após a compra errada eu realizei a compra para a data certa. Sugeri que a tarifa que paguei na primeira reserva fosse convertida em créditos ou algo do tipo. Também sem vontade alguma de resolver o meu problema a moça informou que não podia fazer nada.
Enfim, não recomendo este local a ninguém. As empresas precisam entender que não estão fazendo favores a nós consumidores.
Vou realizar a viagem por que já realizei o pagamento (duas vezes).

O atendimento na receção é bom, o que notamos foi a inexperiência dos funcionários no restaurante e bar, mas parece-nos que é devido à falta de formação. Os mesmos foram simpáticos e esforçados em agradar, mas com pessoal reduzido, não se pode atender aos pedidos solicitados. Por exemplo: pedimos quatro pregos no pão e este levou 1 hora para ser preparado, com constantes pedidos de desculpa pelo meio. Este incidente, não pode ser imputado aos funcionários.
