(Access to the Tahoe Donner facilities requires an additional per-person daily fee.) This home is within walking distance of the Trout Creek Recreation Center and is only a short drive from Downtown Truckee. You can grab a burger at Squeeze In or a burrito at the laid-back Casa Baeza Mexican Restaurant. Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
No excessive noise and/or trash.
All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
